Only a woman of true confidence can successfully sport bloomers!
There’s something very Toulouse-Lautrec/Parisian madam about this…in a good way.

Bloomers! That’s the perfect description.
This outfit was way too much going on for me to appreciate, although I do like the shoes (she ought to have shined them though).

I’m loving the jacket! Such beautiful button detail at the back. Fab patterned tights with puff-ball crops. Such a well thought out look.

This is brilliant. The tights somehow ground the bloomers…

THAT is what we like to see…that naughty hint of wearing underwear ‘out.’ also a faint hint of 18th century menswear with the tights, knee-length trousers, and not-too high heels.
yes. all over, an emphatic YES.

What a perfect way to wear all black. Mixing up the textures!

I like this. The main thing to point out is that the wearer has fabulous legs, and so can wear such combinations. Eroticism and style at once. Growl.
