Lovely, so fresh and natural. I love all the gold, the chains around her neck, the fabulous cuff, and the chain on her purse. Some people don't like gold jewelry much, but I do! and appreciate it shown off here. It all seems a little heavy but is juxtaposed with that ethereal blouse.
I love how you're able to capture localized style. Though your fashionistas all possess confidence, expressiveness, etc. – the Parisians, the NYers, the Brazilians, the Australians all have looks that seem to fit where they are from (in food parlance that's called "terrior").
I really have no idea of the contents of her character, but she looks like the woman I aspire to be. Her smile could very well reveal a pure heart and she's very classy. Her style is very effortless and natural, and it doesn't look like she fussed over it (because that would be vain). I like her (I think).
Thank you Scott for your amazing blog. It means a lot for me, it's the daily excuse for dreaming of wonderful things and realizing the things in life that are so beautiful! I have just bought a new camera and you have inspired me to get out and capture the wonderful things that are out in the world. Love from the city Gothenburg in Sweden (many people read your blog here too)
She seems to have the bra in the same colors & pattern as the absolutely wonderful blouse. WOW!!! I am impressed about her chic look and chic attitude:) With colors (classic mixture of bright /sunny yellow, black and white) with this fabric (chiffon) and her stunning jewellery she resembles Coco Chanel a little. FULL RESPECT! (I wish I look like her/ be so chic and elegant not being "overdressed" when I become her age)
In think Edgar C. means "terroir," but I take his point.
I've been staring at this one for a while. I'm definitely seeing Coco Chanel. I could never see myself in a sheer blouse, but I absolutely love the look and want to see how I can adapt it for me. The jewellery is stellar, as is the hair.
Since I'm a little girl my mother tells me that many years ago she met the most beautiful girl in the world and her name was Andrea. She was the girlfriend of someone she knew back than and she was from Brazil.
The moment Andrea introduced herself, my mother knew that if she had a daughter one day, she would call her Andrea.
And here I am, once more, scrolling through my favourite site (which one cannot do enough for inspiration) and again I can't stop looking at this lady on the picture. I mailed it to my mum, and guess what…..!
