This shot captures two of the biggest trends I’ve seen on the gentleman of Pitti Uomo this season.
First, green as an impact color. I don’t know if it’s just me or if all the really cool guys seem to be working a dash of green into their best looks lately.
Second, turtlenecks in every proportion. Either big and chunky and worn with a peacoat/ parka or slim and sleek and worn with a suit or sportscoat.

Are turned up collars a trend as well?
I'm old school and love jackets sitting how they are supposed to.
Big fan of green, it hasn't been centre stage for a while and is in contrast to all the melon and oranges variations that we've had this summer in Australia.

I saw lots of men, of all ages, fine knit turtlenecks and sports jackets when I was in Berlin last week. It's a very elegant look. The two shades of green elevate this look to something special.
Perhaps a shirt is just not cosy enough for the extremely cold winter we are having in Europe.

SUPER PHOTO ( yes…as always ! ) ( and certainly forever ! )
About the outfit :
GREAT COLOR …THAT GREEN MATCHES PERFECTLY WITH THAT YELLOW !
HOWEVER, ACCORDING TO MY TASTE …( i 'm a fashion designer ) THE SHOULDERS ARE TOO SHORTS, REALLY TO SHORT AND THE MATERIAL IN THE POCKET IS 100% UNNECESSARY …
BUT EXCEPT ALL POINTS NOTICED…THIS IS GREAT !
KISSES !

He does look sharp. Like another poster said, a different color/pattern handkerchief might set things off nicely, but maybe that's the job of the phone.

The green blazer with the nice picket square and the black turtleneck work well with his skin tone and hair but I am not digging the gloves or the pants with this outfit. The gloves are too chunky for the slender fit of the blazer and you can just forget the cargo pockets on the pants.
Nice capture though.

Yes, the green is great and, always, a turtle neck is a little mysterious, but shouldn't the clothes fit? What's the deal with men wearing sport coats/suit coats that are too small? The shoulder are too narrow, the front barely meets and the sleeves are two short. If he takes deep breath, buttons will fly and seams will pop.

The green blazer is an interesting choice of garment. Especially combined with a bright colored trouser. But the thing that makes this outfit is the contrast between the green in the blazer and the yellow cell phone.

Love green right now. I've also seen a rich burgundy colour a lot.
