Loved that you caught the photographer in back with the bright red stocking cap. Very Scott!!Paul Gauguin did that in his paintings. He would use the same bright color everywhere in the picture so that your eye would follow it all around the painting.
Amazing and studding coat is right. But amazing and stunning are not necessarily good. He looks wonderful in every way except for the coat. I am thinking to myself, “This, too, shall pass. This patterning was popular in the 60s but quickly went by the wayside.
Possibly it might not look as bad as on his wife. It reminds me of certain kinds of inexpensive raincoats.
This man is fearless! I rarely look at a street style photo of a man and think, “I would wear about 50% of his look!” The coat is spectacular, and I love the broach embellishment on the collar. And paired with the handbag… he is so chic!
I love those shoes; they would look amazing with this double breasted tweed blazer I have got my eye on; I think it speaks volumes about the man who has the confidence to wear that beautiful coat we should all learn a lesson from him. Personally I’m going to dig into my wardorbe and find something that I haven’t worn for ages and incorporate it into a new look
I would love to know if anyone knows whoe this man is. Is he a relative of the blogger? I saw him last month in Spain wearing just the same outfit! What are the odds? Nice week to you all. Ana
