Cute. This girl is so cute. And I like how she plays with yellow. Just the right amount. Not to much and not to little. Just enough. As it should be :-)
Love the wide high belt on her thin above her thin waist (we pudgier types couldn’t pull this off); great color in her top, perfect pattern added with the scarf. Pants and shoes are the weak link. Nice hair and great bag. Overall – adorable.
1st, this is a beautiful capture. 2nd, I admire how she wears a loose top and loose jeans without look frumpy. Perhaps it’s the belted waist, or the coat, either way she immaculately carries the not the easiest of looks.
There’s something very likeable here. It’s so simple, yet quite outstanding. The theme for Sart for the past two weeks has been a pop of colour, that orange shirt does exactly that, quite well too. But I also really like the coat, shoes and hiding-away bag. Oh and the way she’s standing, too cool.
there are so many elements i enjoy about this. her hair is lovely. somehow she picked all the right colors – they fit perfectly. and she made the outfit about her .. not the bag, or the shoes, or the crazy hat. it’s just about her.
i say this all the time, but really, i think this is my favorite.
There are so many things to love about this look; the beautiful bag, the scarf, the splash of color and what it does for her beautiful skin, and of course, the wide-legged jeans! Love it!
Love the marigold discription from odilean above, perfect call! What a great “transition into spring” outfit. I’m enjoying her non-pigeon-toed stance too. So confident.
I love the contrast of color she uses, 1:1 ratio is usually a bit hard to pull off (I am thinking about my high school gym uniform which was a supposed golden yellow shirt and purple pants which was, not fashionable), but her use of the belt really polishes up the whole look. I agree with others that her hair is also perfect. Great photo!
Another example of adding a “pop” of color to mostly neutrals? I like it. In other news, I’m also quite jealous of the way the sun bounces off of her skin and hair.
To Cassaundra – Why is this your favourite? Don’t you see this all the time all over the place? There’s probably 5 people in my local grocery at this very moment who look more interesting
i wonder what the entire marigold top looks like. but props to her for putting this together…what a great eye. love how the brown belt matches the brown in the bag. nice
This is so beautiful, you are truly genius. The colours, shapes and textures work together so nicely, it is very stylish but so sweet and down-to-earth at the same time. She’s adorable.
one of the most adorable haircuts that i’ve seen a while. her face is framed perfectly. and in the sea of black coats she’s in, the yellow is pretty much beautiful. of course, the shape and color make it beautiful in itself. i’m a little jealous.
It’s so relaxed and cozy… it makes me feel warm just looking at. She’s incredibly cute, and though a few people didn’t like them, I think her shoes and pants are in keeping with the look.
I don’t necessarily wanna put race in the discussion, but as an Asian I always thought that we couldn’t wear colours like yellow or orange. She picked a nice shade and countered it with the jeans and neutral earth tones. I like.
And this look is also youthful and feminine without being too girly.

I love the bright pop of color! It makes her hair look shinier and darker. I also admire how thin she looks despite the fact that all her clothes are so loose. She looks phenominal!
That coat is beautiful, the scarf is a perfect compliment, the contrast of the blouse is pleasingly bright, warm and refreshing, I dont think ive ever seen hair that was so glossy, so sleek, so lustrous, so deepest jet black………….and her half there half not there smile totally slays me……..
