Deliciously handsome, cool and stylish. Yumm… In this case yes, the dog is a great accessory, as handsome as it's owner.

I'm sorry, what is it about this photo, other than the dog, that anyone likes? I understand that this blog (which I love, don't get me wrong) is not dictatorial, but intended for use as a source of inspiration – but the only thing this photo inspires me toward is never dressing anything like this man.
What part of distressed jeans with a tight black shirt, black vest, superfluous necklace, and MASSIVE watch is appealing? It can't JUST be the pet thing. That isn't cause enough to be featured on a blog called "The Sartorialist".
Scott, I love your work, and admire you greatly, which is why I am being frank in this comment rather than writing something like "omgzzz love that dog!". I respect you too much for that.
