yeah, i get it – people are loving this dress and while i kind of like the idea of a different approach to publicly naked rather than over exposed boobs or bandage length skirts, i really kind of dislike this dress. mad points for the original approach to sexy but mmmm-nnnn.
Beautiful shot Scot..but I wonder how can she work with that shoes and dress
Is beautiful but I wish I could I work like that unfortunatelly is almost impossible.
Subject is great! but your work is better… love how you capture the curved roof with the curved cutout back of the dress, colors, print, softeness and sharpness.
I pretty much agree with *sP here–a very cool and unconventional approach to showing some skin, but the aesthetics of the final result aren’t really working for me.
The print is really lovely. This would be such a nice dress on a hot humid day. However the print and colors is very fallish. The cut in the back is just so wonderful. Love this.
I see why she caught your photographer’s eye, but I’ll be the lone voice of dissent on that dress and shoes. The shoes cut her legs off at the ankle where she most needs length with a dress of these proportions. The length and the fit of the dress combined with the unkempt hair are, to my eye, very sloppy. Really? There are some well dressed people on this site but she is not one of them. This dress is absolutely atrocious. It looks like a 3 year old too a scissors to a table cloth and mommy threw it over her head for a lark. Ridiculous.

Would have been much better with a nice long boot and her hair up in a bun. As it is, it’s giving me flashbacks to “The Ring” and I feel like she’s going to crawl dripping wet out of computer screen and kill me.

I love the dress, but HOW could any real-life woman bear to go out in it all day – she is clearly not wearing any form of top undergarment, shall we say. Nor is there one in creation that would fit under that dress and make it practical for most of us. I am no one for practicality in clothing, but there are some things that just aren’t negotiable. It’s a gorgeous line though, but you have to be modelesque to wear it modestly.
