This is one of the greatest things I’ve seen on the site lately. Just utterly lovely. Her hair. The colors. The fit. The crumpled skirt. The shoes. <3

Fantastic way to slip out and pick up a baguette, perhaps sit an have an espresso or two, and share some work-related gripes with your friend who just got off the metro. She displays a great, innate sense of style by being well-turned out even when the occasion doesn’t call for it. When you look like that, I don’t mind you filching my jacket at all. Speaking of espresso …. goodnight, M’Lovelies.

The mules look like bedroom slippers, the skirt like a dining room curtain, and the jacket like her father’s. I don’t think it’s a style but I give her credit for being so resourceful with whatever she finds around the house.

I think if the skirt were traded with slim, black, cropped pants, the outfit would not look so awkward and shabby. The young girl would look attractive.

I think this is a sad person who does not care about her appearance or maybe
it is all for show…to get attention

Interesting way to put neutrals together. The skirt’s hemline is all over the place, and the jacket doesn’t fit, which is a shame. I like her hair and the fact that she’s got bare legs.

Lovely woman, but her father’s jacket detracts. I am trying to remember an early Fellini movie – right after WW2, in which the main female character dressed almost exactly like this.

    Sloppy? Sure.
But at least it’s something fresh. In a year or two we will look back on these last couple years and the very homogeneous styles and cringe just like we do with the looks of the 90s today. I’m always happy to see someone brave enough to do something different.
