I want to hear about this man’s life. There are very few pics that provoke that response. This is a good one, Mr. Schuman.

What is he wearing? The jacket is obvious. But the “judge” robe over the T-shirt but what is that white collar? Somebody help please.

I am a great traditionalist when it comes to men’s clothing, but this is rather beautiful.

A most intriguing outfit. It’s doubtless sober. It’s even elegant in its own way. But, I’m struggling to find the monastic order he represents? I’ve seen several cardinals and nuns sport those shoes – available at your local ‘Bishop and Priests R’Us Shoes for Less’ franchise. But where do I get the rest of his getup?

Honest Question: Is he wearing a dress or is it more of a cultural thing?

It’s a dress, and he looks amazing in it.

a perfect mix of drama and sobriety, I’d say.

It’s a subdued look, yet brave and relaxed as well. It looks a bit like clergy wear, but it is bit short for a cassock.
It would be interesting to know the story of this man, his clothes and why he is dressed this way. Some of the online tailor shops will let you design yourself a very long shirt, which would give a similar look for around 50-75 EUR.
