On the Scene….Pool Party at Viva Las Vegas, Las Vegas
Notice that none of these young ladies actually got into the pool. This whole weekend was really like stepping back in time. I wonder if that’s how it really felt back in the 50′s around a pool with a lot of very style conscious women. Much more of a social event than a fun and sun afternoon.

It’s Spring Cleaning time!! It’s the best time to finally toss out all those purchases that you thought would make the “perfect look” but never made it out of the packaging.
Some of my favorite closet accessories are these hangers from The Container Store. Very simple hangers, but the felted texture keeps the clothes (even Garance’s spaghetti strap dresses/tops) on the hanger and not on the floor. They also sell little clips that turn the pant hanger into a skirt hanger. Â I just wish they made a full-shouldered model for my jackets and coats. I love the look of all one hanger model in a closet.
The Container Store sells them in different quantities and colors, ranging from $9.99 to $19.99.
