The first man looks very classic, very alpha male CEO!
My favourite is the second. That coat looks to have an entirely beautiful, tactile texture. The pants are an attractive cut and the whole look has a striking contrast between the pale outer layer and the dark inner one.
I think the man in the third shot looks good but bare legs in winter?! Or is the rest of him so warm he doesn’t mind some northern exposure?
There is something comically ostentatious about a man in a fur collar. The first guy looks like he’s trying out for an amateur play role as Orson Welles. Guy two looks like he may have some Grandmother issues. Given, guy three looks rad – give it to an Asian dude to pull off a bit of ostentation with some humour.
1st look: reminds me of Lex Luther ( Superman’s evil arch nemesis). Maybe he’s on his way to Comic Con. 2nd look: maybe he was in a hurry( it looks it by the way he’s struggling to put his gloves on) took the wrong jacket by mistake and took his woman’s coat… 3rd look: GENIUS! Dandy all the way! You had me at ‘Bonjour’…. =)
The first outfit is the most fitting–the rest I can do without. Something too busy about the whole business of fur and knit and opposing colors in the second, and the last picture is without words to describe (“no way” might work).
Third look is so amazing. The black wool chester coat’s minimal detailing and fit is so beautiful. That arctic/pilot type hood-snood thing looks practical and adds great contrast to this look. The shorts and double brested must be Thom Browne.
Such a circa 1958 comment – seriously. Fur can never be masculine? How do you conjure that idea up?! And how can it be narcisstic to wear any particular type of fabric?! And never mind the down right sexist swipe at women. Aargh, who are you, why are you on this blog…
NÂș1 and nÂș2: I don’t know why but this aesthetic on them remind me a war uniform from 2nd www. Fur mixed with two range button of the jacket and stripes… totally military look from my point of view.
nÂș2 is sweet, seems like he took his mother’s coat.
