I was thinking recently that one of the few places I still see smoking represented is in fashion photography…and yet, looking back through posts it seems to have waned (or maybe that’s wishful thinking). But what really struck me while looking at this gentleman: it feels like the phone has replaced the cigarette packet–same elegant hand pose (and security of something to hold).
What is it with these Milanese men and their fitted white shirts, olive skin and tailored pants? I was in Milan last month and my gawd, there were so many well-groomed and well-dressed men in that city, I felt like it was Fashion Week all day, everywhere. Anyway, I’m digressing. This gentleman here is, in my opinion, a very fine specimen of a Milanese Man.
From a mature woman it pleases my eyes to see such lovely young men. Both these young men are beautiful although you only see the profile of one. Youth is beautiful and fleeting enjoy it while you can. You don’t notice it so much going only when its gone.
