Really like what the guy in the second photo is doing, the shoes in particular. I’d wear this.

Oh my goodness, lovely photos/handsome men…however, the first gentleman is giving me a fashion-forward Santa celebrating St Patrick’s Day. The second fellow exudes cool. The third individual looks like they took the pajama/lounge wear trend a bit too literally…

Photo #1…That green/flower jacket rocks on so many levels. Someone please tell me where to get one.

I can see the use of patterns for men becoming a global trend. I’m dabbling in them more now myself. Another great shot of the Italian fashion scene!

I like the first two styles. The third one is too much.. :)

The first picture is just too good to be true! So funny and weird and yet I cannot say anything bad about it. It just makes me smile! I like it!

I like the patterned look on men but mon Dieu! the furry slippers and unkempt hair and beard … they look like your crazy (borderline homeless) old uncle

Is that a new en vogue thing? The crazy old uncle look?

love the first look: hippie Thor..
But the third one with the
furry slippers, pyjamas, socks, and the caddy shopping makes me unconfortable.
Perhap because it’s familiar to me. I see men dressed like that sleeping in the town center, or looking for food when the market is close..
      It’s a ” homeless style” , but a very expensive one….

All the styles on display make some version, with varying intensity, of a statement: I’m an idiot

No, no, and no. Mind you the fellow in the long white beard is handsome under all that hair. Shave and a haircut, ten cents, as the saying goes.

Couldn’t agree more. Sometimes the need to stand out makes one look awkward.

And don’t get me started on the outfit in the last picture.

Love the willful playfulness of these looks. They say, “come play! come wade in the effervescent tide-pool of life!” https://purplelame.wordpress.com/

I think the younger people miss that the combo of daisy and camo has a message for those of us who are older. Besides just looking good it evokes memories of people placing daisies into soldiers’ gun barrels, stem side in, during peaceful antiwar protests. It carries a message of desiring peace.

I caught that message too & love it.
On a more mundane note, the gentleman wearing the jacket is stunning. Those eyes!

Fashion victims wearing those heinous fur lined mules.

  22. Drew

    March 17, 2016 at 10:13 am

Well the second photo..oh my..granted the Gucci mules are $$, and the trousers and sweater are probably $$$, and he’s probably wearing a Rolex…but sometimes a shower and face scrub seals the deal..this dude just looks like he smells! Soory!

I wonder if the “Sorry I’m not” repetitive slogan on the third photo’s striped lining is a brand???

They looks great. I love the Santa beard. Love the extreme casualness, its very sexy. But I will never understand furry shoes. Never. It seems like they would make your feet sweat.
