Like the linen jacket. Like the fit of the body although the sleeves look a little too long in the photo. Don’t like the natural linen or cotton jacket paired with the gray pants. Just a matter of taste.

I like the color combination of the trousers and jacket. I also like how the grey trousers and white shirt bookend the hair tones, and how the tie and the jacket bookend the skin tones. To my eye, this looks to be an attractive outfit tailored for the real-world.

PS: And, of course, the ultimate validation of this color combination comes courtesy of the infrastructure that mirrors it: jacket to the buildings, trousers to the street.

He looks marvelous, with that effortless class that this man has displayed in previous shots by Scott. Can someone tell me what is in his buttonhole? To me, it seems like a piece of red coral.

Linen jacket with the brown tie warm the style. I agree the gray pants doesn’t work for me. Always a matter of taste. But he looks very élegant and simple.

These wonderful Italian patch-pocket jackets can be thrown over anything. I would not have thought of this combination but thought the grey pants worked surprisingly well.

The pockets are vast, both sleeve and jacket too long but the chest and lapel are outstanding. That’s the winner in a jacket.

A longer sport or suit jacket really is much more elegant and fashionable than the shorter cuts so many trendy types wear today.

Lovely. And I like that the jacket is not skin tight as Italian men sometimes do. It looks comfy.

I guess I’ll have to say this, just once more time. Even though it is my opinion, and I am trying to sway you all into true believer just like me. I have to say this once and for all! No other gentleman on earth dresses “Casual” like an elite Italian man in his fifties. Scott your photograph shows a man so comfortable in his own skin, A person who takes care of himself and enjoys being seen. Lovely photograph Scott.

If we could age only half as gracefully as him, then that would be fantastic! love this look – true elegance but not too fussy.

I can picture Simon Crompton wearing this, the grey does work, but l am just wondering, what other trousers colour could have been worn with this outfit ?
