My personal choice… second photo. You caguht his self-confidence, chic and some kind of serenity. Of course the outfit is great! I agree with the opinion about contrast between this two photos.
These are great shots. Sart, I wish you would take up professional portrait photography. These guys are a wonderful contrast to one another; one exemplifies a contemporary, edgy androgynous style, the other traditional male elegance. Both are captured beautifully. :-)
Second shot is a classic London lad's business look. The best dressed 9 to 5ers out there. Almost never fussy but always great polish. Well done my son…
Well done sir, i knew you would get on there. Floral should be the street everyone walks down to get inspired! You are the epitome of true englishness.
Hasn't Heidi Slimane photographed the first boy recently ? beautiful photos anyway, you're the best. love the firt boy's necklace. come to sweden soon!
the man in the top photograph almost looks vampire-ish!! the look in his eyes, the porcelain white skin, the long hair, the color of his lips… he's very beautiful, and the portrait is very well-done, Sart.
this second shot is gorgeous, with that transition from the lighter, metallic surface at upper right down to the deep shadow at lower left. ensemble, eh; shot as a whole, nice.
second photo is great! he stands out even in what people may consider ordinary clothes. this is in direct contrast to the first fellow, who is straight up posing and obviously uncomfortable with the part he chose to play/perform.
In contrast to most, the belt on the fellow in the lower picture was a joy for me. That single detail took a serviceable look to something outrageous and wonderful. Of course the success of the look would be dependent on where he's taking it i.e;
going out- YES casual/creative office- YES more formal office- NO
Honestly my favourite thing about men's style is the way a tiny little detail can change the overall impact of the look.
in several of the september photos on this blog, i noticed that the PDA/blackberry/iphone is becoming a contextualizing object that speaks to the decade referenced in the photo… much like in the past, a cigarrette/cigar or a newspaper would have been
The young man in the first photo is absolutely compelling. He is both extemely handsome and his sense of style is impeccable. This is an excellent photograph.
