Very nice pic.

What’s most ironic and heartwarming about the above shot is that every woman, by far, can relate to this :)

an emergency pair of sneakers or flipflops in the handbag – i totally understand. beautiful photo, almost in black and white, with just splashes of red.
Reminiscent of Tess McGill in Working Girl . . .swapping her sneakers for more stylish footwear. I love the play of the checked pattern in her dress against the orange fencing in the background.

I loooove this picture!

Sneakers fit her mood better I think! :)

If there is any debate, I say she heels are coming OFF, and the sneakers are going ON. Look how the right heel is tossed off to the side! A great capture!
love her the dress the shoes the sneakers …….great shot

This is fantastic. I often find myself opting for sneakers or sandals for comfort.

This photo reminds me of my first horrified expression when I visited the States for the first time in 1978 and saw women running around wearing nice suits and…..sneakers! What a “fashion faux pas” it would have been in Paris where I was visiting from !
Now, when I look at this photo, I’m thinking : it’s cute, practical, comfortable and stylish.

Nice to know others do this too!

August 27, 2014 at 10:46 am
Intriguing! Is she taking the pretty heels off or putting them on?
August 27, 2014 at 3:14 pm
Absolutely divine. Grown up woman doing the grown up thing! Her nails are perfection.
August 27, 2014 at 4:32 pm
Finally! Someone who’s keeping it real. Love this.

So very sensible! I also simply adore a pair of trainers – thank God they’ve now come into fashion as something to wear with smart clothes! Personally I go for the Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 – excellent if you have narrow feet.

Sooooo many cage patterns playing together in this photo. I like that. I LOVE that she is changing shoes and I am on team heels! She is totally putting those lovelies on.

Nice shot:) I guess she is a fashion-writer from Turkey. She has a good taste and unconventional ideas with a touch of nostalgia.
