What a good shot! And I do love navy — in fact, I’d wear this outfit myself!

Navy looks great on you!

Decidedly very un-Sart fit buddy
April 11, 2014 at 7:56 pm
Great body angle but nothing that pops out as exciting or interesting-no offence
April 11, 2014 at 9:37 pm
You sound like a pleb.
April 11, 2014 at 10:17 pm
Ah, New Balance. Just bought a great new pair, not for running (although their minimist shoes are t.d.f.)..nope, they are gray suede, very flat thin soles and piecing that looks like a bowling shoe. btw: Like the pic.

I don’t know what you were shooting but I do love how you thinly veil product placement as a legitimate post (paid for(?)).
I do respect the hustle and this is the perfect way to do it.
April 12, 2014 at 11:06 pm
what exactly is the product placement? you think i called all those brands I mentioned?
too bad people cant just be honest and talk about clothes anymore.
April 14, 2014 at 11:38 am
I think he was referring to the ‘name dropping’ of the brands of clothing.
April 17, 2014 at 2:05 am
Yeah I agree the “Gap” jeans, rather than just skinny navy jeans etc etc, I noticed that and first impression was product placement…
April 12, 2014 at 2:26 am
love for navy…
April 12, 2014 at 3:30 am
Ah, Scott. I preferred your nice brown shoes!
It's About L.A

That 50mm f1.2 L is money!
April 13, 2014 at 3:31 am
Pleased to see you wearing NB, I love mine (a pair grey and a pair navy of 993) but I never knew if it’s acceptable to wear them not for running.

Sometimes it’s nice to engage the shooter shooting…this should happen more often. It is nice to see what you are wearing sometimes.
Sneakers are more fashionable than ever to wear outside of the gym. My feet are very thankful after wearing Army boots for so many years for Uncle Sam.
I’m turning into a sneakerhead (still love my wingtips though). Been looking for a pair of New Balance myself (574 or 576). Other brands that still make great stylish and comfortable old school kicks are 70′s Pumas (like low-cut Romas and suede Clydes or anything soccer-related) and 70′s adidas (low-cut Orion, Samoas, Stan Smiths, Rod Lavers, shell toes). Would love to get some high-top Converse Weapons (Larry Bird’s) and some old Jordans also.

That’s a great photo. I always consider the greatest photos are the one when the subject is unaware and doing something natural. (except picking their nose that’s always weird.)
Also, what lens is that? if some one knows please let me know it looks like pure awesomeness!
April 15, 2014 at 11:27 am
How standards have dropped drastically
May 6, 2014 at 4:16 am
Brave post – I do tend to agree. Self agrandissment?
April 16, 2014 at 12:40 am
Weird to see Scott in the photo!
April 16, 2014 at 10:37 am
New Balance Sneaks….t.d.f.?? I feel like you guys are turning into pre-pubescent boys. There is nothing, absolutely nothing attractive about that silly N on your shoes. If your feet hurt buy some insoles, or at least some nicer, less conspicuous sneakers. It’s Paris, not the midwest strip mall
April 16, 2014 at 10:59 pm
You are a very stylish photographer but you have to get rid of the camera brand strap. I shoot Nikon and Fuji but you’ll NEVER see me using those straps. Get yourself a nice strap. Many more fashionalable straps out ther than those. I myself use all Domke straps on all my cameras but you’ll probably like the Artisans and Artists straps.Expensive but beautiful.

The sky in Paris is always very interesting!
April 18, 2014 at 2:15 pm
I don’t know what it is, but to me this picture is perfection. Its the outfit, the way its shot, its just perfection.
April 18, 2014 at 5:03 pm
First time I’ve seen the man behind the lens. Handsome Man! I admire your work and have been following for years. Cheers!
April 21, 2014 at 5:16 pm
I was wondering what lens you were using while taking what ever picture is that you were taking? For the most part your images do not have much depth of field and are very crisp; what lens do you use the most or find yourself favoring?
April 23, 2014 at 11:28 am
GREAT! as usual. Black, simple, fabulous
April 23, 2014 at 1:36 pm
I think you were in Saint-Germain-des-Près, no ? For a long time, this year, there were books in the branches of the trees.
You should come more often there, come around les Beaux Arts, sometimes art students have very interesting styles.
Love your work,

Not loving the shoes at all
April 27, 2014 at 10:10 pm
That’s really cool shoes! These days I love navy for every items!
i wonder number of NB shoes you are wearing!
Can i ask you the number of that cool shoes?
May 6, 2014 at 4:14 am
This smacks of a previous post about your new to you ‘aged’ jeans. Self promotion and product placement. Fair play to you but, perhaps, unnecessary?
May 16, 2014 at 12:20 pm
Sneakers ?? Seriously ?? NEVER !!!
May 30, 2014 at 5:52 am
Loving the New balance, got a pair just like them, first pair of trainers Ive worn in years. Some snobs on here talking of self promotion etc, forget them, keep doing your thing, they meanwhile, do little of interest to anyone.
