I've been seeing lots of scaled-up face-framing scarves in recent photos, from you and others. Certainly an idea for this fall.

Such nice and warm looking people! And I like what she's wearing, is it a cape?

Mesmerising, and beautiful faces. Warm, engaged eyes. Respectful reserve on both sides of the camera. You've treated your subjects well, sart. This is what I come back for.

This is a thoughtful, gorgeous shot of the couple that seem good together. I am sure they have a sober, intellectual style.

In some ways I'm so envious of people getting to snug up like that, like for him to wear that scarf – living in Singapore is 34 degrees everyday. And agree that they look great together.

Another crisp example of how this blog helps open my eyes wide to see deeper beauty, unspoken depth, and emotional perceptions that I otherwise might miss. Thank you Satorialist for allowing hundreds complete strangers to communicate so profoundly to each other through your art.

i dont know why but they make me think about john lennon and yoko ono.
March 6, 2010 at 6:39 am
Now that is a nice scarf.

I love this photograph. You have caught an intimate moment, they look like very happy lovers. They match! Looks like she's changed the color of her hair and even her makeup palette to suit his coloring and what he's got on. I love this! She is so beautiful, and he is so French.
March 6, 2010 at 10:39 am
definitely a nice shot, besides I'm a huge Rick Owens' fan so I can't help but loving (and envying) anyone who was "at Rick Owens" in Paris :)
March 6, 2010 at 12:20 pm
Great couple! Looks as if the were soulmates! You are superb at catching the special something with your camera!
March 6, 2010 at 4:35 pm
Absolutely beautiful without a bit of "pretty." They look like lovely people of real substance. This photo makes me smile… thanks.
March 6, 2010 at 5:18 pm
nice brave new worlders! at peace way to go……..thanks
March 6, 2010 at 5:49 pm
love that this isn't "fashion" but pure style, timeless and alluring, accessible but out of reach the essence of being in the moment.
March 7, 2010 at 12:35 am
I'm not usually one for this, but:
I have been looking for a new, everyday lip colour and hers is absolutely, without a doubt, what I have been looking for. Any one have any ideas about how to achieve the lip colour she has going on? It is beautiful, natural, classic, and subtle.

I fell in love with the guy!
March 9, 2010 at 6:12 pm
Sometimes these photos are less about the fashion (oh, another scarf!) and more about the beauty of the people themselves–and this is a beautiful couple.

That woman has such a beautifully shaped face I don't know why you'd look at anything else in that picture.

That woman is just so uniquely beautiful…………….I think I’m in love
She has that whole Maggie Q in Nikita, mature, womanly, strong yet nurturing, gorgeous goddess type thing going on
(amazing what one can infer from a simple photograph isnt it :D )
