He’s pretty to be sure — but about as subtle as an elephant in an elevator…

Such a strong look from this man. He is very androgenous, and yet, completely confident and at home in his skin.

This picture show someone too much feminine.
We prefer Lino or Nick.
September 30, 2013 at 11:36 pm
Speak for yourself! Some of us prefer variety and are intrigued by a gender-ambiguous look.
October 1, 2013 at 2:56 pm
oh yes! I agree!
Wow…that’s a pretty man
September 30, 2013 at 8:52 pm
This look is pretty much perfect, from the earrings to the hair to the fur collar.

cherub from heaven
September 30, 2013 at 10:28 pm
Maybe a sort of Byronic cherub, I suppose.

Love the coils of hair. He really looks beautiful.

September 30, 2013 at 10:32 pm
I appreciate a man who is comfortable showcasing his prettiness.
September 30, 2013 at 11:01 pm
A modern Dorian Grey. He is perfect in this photo.
September 30, 2013 at 11:07 pm
If he were not so embellished, he would be a dead ringer for an ancient Roman sculpture!!

Can I be pretty like this?

Sweet mother of Pearl, he’s beautiful.
Love, love, love the tension between the eye makeup and the little beard.

I bet he would have rocked the French Court
October 1, 2013 at 9:08 pm
My thoughts exactly!
I can just imagine this guy having an affair with a queen when the king’s back is turned. The courtiers would be insanely jealous…of both of them.
October 2, 2013 at 1:50 am
I think he would of had an affair with the king when the queens back was turned.Just sayin……….

This confuses me. With that fur and the heavy make up, it is a very feminine style for a man, but not really androgynous. Not sure what to think of it.
October 1, 2013 at 3:19 pm
Correct, is not androgynous at all, except for the hair on the face, he is just feminine.

Love his eyes, perfect without make-up!
October 1, 2013 at 5:44 am
What an incredibly beautiful young man! I’d love to see the rest of his outfit.
October 1, 2013 at 6:02 am
That is a beautiful man. I could stare at his face all day.
I have just fallen in love !! Crazy !!!!.
October 1, 2013 at 6:34 am
His confidence is stunning. A very good looking man. And captured so well in this pic.

October 1, 2013 at 7:09 am
Now here is a young man who has gone to a lot of effort and he should be congratulated for that – although perhaps not a look for the suburbs!
October 1, 2013 at 7:20 am
He’s ready for his close-up Mr DeMille! I wish he’s put the tweezers down because can you imagine him with the strong eyebrows he surely has; breathtaking. Now; fussily manicured.
October 1, 2013 at 7:28 am
Nice coat and fur. Great day.

Lacks just a bit of non-chalance and so feels somewhat affected, like so many people here in France.

No androgyny in sight here . Just a pretty guy in make up. The beard gives that away.
As the Thai would say a lady boy
The thing I always liked about androgyny was the understatement of it that made you wonder.
This is too over the top for me , better if he went full drag.

The face is just so striking…he has the prettiest face I’ve ever seen!

I’m going to compare this gent to the gent from the other day that had on the , as I quoted ” girl’s sweater”. This, I feel, is androgyny done well. This works, the other didn’t .

Well bones, I don’t think my makeup’s ever been so meticulously done. And in response to critical comments, I don’t think it’s overdone. It’s about what makes you feel beautiful, not passable. He’s obviously doing it right!
October 1, 2013 at 5:25 pm
It’s interesting how some people are still so opposed to the idea of a man wearing makeup, even in the other comments on here – a fashion site! I think it looks great, and moreover, I think that EVERYONE should have the choice to wear (or not wear) makeup.
October 1, 2013 at 9:33 pm
Everyone does. Just as everyone has the choice to approve or not approve. I think he looks perfectly charming. But thats not to say EVERYONE has to like it, or the idea of make up on a man in general.
October 2, 2013 at 8:22 am
I don’t like when men wear make-up and look like women. I find this man very unappealing in spite of his obvious beauty. But he is free to wear whatever shade of lipstick he likes.

Would definitely rock period clothing – a voluptuous blouson, some velvet…
October 1, 2013 at 7:28 pm
Yes to the Dorian Gray comparison- exactly how I pictured him as I read the novel years ago- aloof, aware, beautiful and handsome….
October 1, 2013 at 8:03 pm
All that’s missing is some horns peeking out from the hair and he would be a gorgeous satyr!
October 1, 2013 at 10:37 pm
Yes! I was going to say something about him being devilish but satyr is the perfect word here.

The fox colar is luchious. It flatters the face and looks rich.

He is really handsome, but… “androgenous”? He just looks feminine.
