I would wear it with a tank top underneath…..but I would dearly love to wear it. The best thing about it is how smart it is. The proportion is extremely flattering, the boxiness is mitigated by the way it is see through, and the bottom hits in the most flattering place imaginable. I am always happy to see something done well. The entire show is smartly put together.

Agree, this is the same kind of twee irony as slogans like “look don’t touch” etc. Unintelligent.

And how much does this ridiculous, not “edgy” in the slightest top go for. Yawn.

You are concentrating on the flashes of skin, and closing your mind off to everything else. You could always wear it with something underneath, and its not in any way ridiculous because its so well put together.. Besides, the proportions of the clothing are so wonderfully flattering, that to call it ridiculous is just being blind. look at how perfectly it hits where it will make your bottom half look as long as possible. Its extremely well thought out. Nothing boring about smart things.

I’m sorry, but this is ridiculous. No.

The gray dress is really pretty, but the shorts are all so unflattering and ill-fitting. And the dress shirts are just dumb. Why would anyone want to wear them?

I think I have to look at the collection a few more times, but my immediate impression was, despite all the skin- legs, abs, etc…- the look was very harsh, unplayful, unhappy, unsexy…felt a little depressed looking at it, I must confess.
I can’t imagine this woman anywhere….to me, that’s the sadness.

i guess the 80s are considered cutting edge fashion now?
September 10, 2013 at 4:41 am
Influences from the 80′s among other time periods certainly don’t stop things from being brilliant.
September 10, 2013 at 9:48 am
our definition of brilliant may be different

FYI, this is 90′s influence.

This was bit disappointing, the collection lacked that subtle innovation that you would usually expect from his designs; that same innovation one experienced in his Balenciaga collection this season.
