Caps and hats are so in rihgt now, but only a few girls like her are really pulling it off!

good picture, taking-out-the-garbage outfit

She looks cool, but the most interesting thing about this photo are the shadows I think…

Well this brings to mind one of my favourites; Edward Hopper – candid, graphics, troubled.

She looks perfect in that white dress!

Loving this shot – where she is positioned, the shadows dancing across the photo and the sternness in her eyes.
xo, Lily on Fillmore
Goodbye summer days and sporting the casual, light dress like her.
The lighting, expression, and stance are so dramatic. Amazing!

Light, shadows, simplicity…great shot.

Love the starkness of this photo.

easy !!! :)

Nice photo, yes. Stylish subject? Don’t see it. She looks a little like she just came out to see who was trespassing on her front lawn.

The baggy tee dress and that expression!

This is a great photo; the simplicity of a rural scenario juxtaposed by dynamic shadows. The outfit pairs perfectly with this scene. A clean tanktop dress and Mets cap goes with the modest back step of a summer rental. This is so New York.

Look at how different the *personality* of her shadow looks from how she looks!
August 16, 2013 at 9:51 pm
I noticed that as well! I wonder which is the fairest…

S W A…shadow with attitude.

Angry because someone took the stickers off of her hat no doubt…

I’m totally loving you evolution onto a more journalistic/human approach.
August 16, 2013 at 7:48 pm
I love how you caught her shadow walking away… The perfection of the angle by a degree.

Love the tentative grasp of cloth, the trilogy of shadows. It appears the Montauk residents share the same gene pool for this slender disposition?
August 17, 2013 at 3:00 am
Nice photo and I like her cap. Have a nice day.
August 17, 2013 at 3:15 am
I don’t know what she feels, but if I was to wear such a minimalist outfit, it would let me focus on other aspects of my life more than my appearance, which can be a valuable thing. Simplicity. The cap could go as well, in my opinion.

Silence and movement – when you have watched the Photo for a little while, you can hear the sounds of the kids, someone mowing a lawn somewhere and maybe a dogs bark from behind a fence far away. She is irritated by your stopping in front of her house.
Thank god, that someone sees shadows, such stillness and gives it away.

This picture and woman really make me thinking about getting a baseball cap!
August 17, 2013 at 7:54 am
Always knew that is your photos . You have a distinguish touch for sreet style. Like it verry much. Stille the leading one among all those blogs. Great stuff.

The ballcap alludes to high hopes and merits attention due to its geography but like the tee-shirt dress disappoints after a short time and upon scrutiny, leaving only a shadow of what was promised walking through the door and a realization that sometimes less isn’t more.
Go Dodgers, the haute couture of baseball this year!

Got her own thing going w/o really trying. Looks like she just put on the hat to step outside because her hair wasn’t done.
If she wanted to she could go to the grocery store in this. It’s like a rolled out of bed but I still look good type of look.
Better than mom jeans to run to the store in
