i looove her outfit: i’d totally wear it! :)

Great daily outfit
August 2, 2013 at 9:16 am
She would look great if not for the cigarette..
August 2, 2013 at 10:12 am
I second that.
August 2, 2013 at 2:12 pm
Me too. I was just wondering what is the fascination with cigarettes. More often than not, it seems like the subject has a cigarette in hand… :(

I hate smoking, but I think some people look very cool doing it. She is one of them. Might not look so cool in 10 years, but right now she’s doing it.
August 3, 2013 at 7:09 pm
I hate to admit it but this is true. Not fond of cigs myself, but her European-like glamour makes it work somehow.
August 2, 2013 at 2:48 pm
And that sour expression. Totally gorgeous except for those two things.
August 2, 2013 at 7:23 pm
Pensive, rather. Women do not always have to smile.

Love how the graffiti on the pipe reflects the pattern on her dress, I’m sure this was no accident!
Nice pic, nice shoes

She’s beautiful and the photo too.

At first sught I thought “geat skirt” but then I saw the rest, this look is fab!
August 2, 2013 at 9:55 am
I love the look. The only thing that really bothers me is the cigarette.
August 2, 2013 at 11:02 am
I don’t think the cigarette bothers me, in fact it seems to amplify her pensiveness.
August 2, 2013 at 10:08 am
mmmm i feel Paris :)
August 2, 2013 at 10:15 am
Gosh, she looks really fed up but glam the same time. You captured her mood well against the grey backdrop. The way her cadri is pulled round her and her legs are all twisted and she is NEEDING the cigarette makes me think she is having anxious thoughts.

Her pose, the gesture is what captivates me. Not to mention that I am a sucker for grey. Beautiful shot that makes me want to look again and again.

I like the way she is sitting.

I like the sandals, but apart from that nothing strikes me as particularly stylish in this photo

totally agree with your statement. just ordinary.
August 2, 2013 at 12:32 pm
What a beautiful woman. Does anyone know where her shoes and skirt are from?
August 5, 2013 at 5:28 pm
The shoes are seavees (i got mine from steven alan).

A little moment of pause, lost in thought! Great photo!

While I fear the consequences for those that smoke, the cigarette is a much cooler prop than the ubiquitous cell phone. The constant use of cell phones is indicative of being tied down to technology and all that goes with it. The cigarette remains the original wtf gesture.
Her smartly coordinated shades of grey (ooops… no pun intended) belies her desire to be alone and contemplate an indifferent path.

her skirt is sooo nice.

Posted right outside of the Carson Street Shop. Really love her nonchalant demeanor.

She reminds me of Emma de Caunes (a french actress). Her pose really looks like a model painter, love the pose of that girl
Merci Merci :)

I like this shot ….more because it just shows the life on the street, people taking a quick break for a smoke. The scene it nice amd relalistic.
Lately I too spot and shoot a lot of people having a quick smoke during workingtime for the blog. I guess it has a lot to do with the fact that the weather is nice and people try to get every bit of sunshine they can get..
August 4, 2013 at 2:15 pm
She looks wonderful. Like she is in her own enviable dream world, for the short duration of her smoke break.
August 4, 2013 at 6:11 pm
Perfect shot, gorgeous woman!

Crosby Street , a lot of memories for me … great shot , lost in her thoughts …
August 5, 2013 at 5:58 am
When I smoked it was impossibly glamorous and sexy, less so on others.
Smoking was meditation and that’s what she’s doing.
