You need a lot of confidence to pull out this look! He does it really good
THE STEL STYLE
June 21, 2013 at 3:43 am
it’s true, this is a so different style but I like it, it’s a very interesting combination!
June 21, 2013 at 9:32 am
If by confidence you mean you need to be a hipster, then yes, you need a lot of confidence.
June 22, 2013 at 5:20 am
MC Hammer harem scarem’ pants!
June 23, 2013 at 11:23 am
very cool outfit. and the backdrop and composition only make it better :)
June 25, 2013 at 8:00 am
I’d go crazy for those pants!
June 20, 2013 at 2:29 pm
Great perspective! Love this photo!
June 20, 2013 at 3:14 pm
it’s not my taste but that doesn’t stop me from recognizing that it’s very well done. nice shapes. nice proportions, colors textures, accessories…all of it very together! handsome take on masculine + outside of the box
Really enjoying The Fortezza series :)
June 20, 2013 at 8:09 pm
Me too! Not the same old same old….very inspiring!
June 21, 2013 at 2:03 am

The graphic lines are wonderful in this photo.
June 20, 2013 at 3:32 pm
I have never cared for those ‘droopy drawers’….on men or on women, no matter how stylishly they may look otherwise.
June 20, 2013 at 3:34 pm
Bah dis donc on est gâté ces jours-ci, merci Scott!
June 20, 2013 at 3:47 pm
A last glance before flying up the stairs.
Daring outfit for a confident man.
I would wear it myself but with Oxfords.
June 20, 2013 at 3:54 pm
that is a confident forward looking yet elegant look. wonderful.
June 20, 2013 at 3:58 pm
How do men cope with temperatures around 30°C while wearing long legged trousers and shirts or even jackets?
June 21, 2013 at 4:10 am
Desert people stay cool while layering their clothes! By the way: why should style disappear when the sun is shining?
June 20, 2013 at 4:07 pm
This is the summer look I’ve been looking for!!
You do need confidence to pull this off but the result is amazing..
Also the setting of the picture.
June 20, 2013 at 4:11 pm
AGGH you’re killin me with this renewed awesomeness in your photographs!!!
June 20, 2013 at 4:12 pm
Love this shot! great contrast too!
the blue horn
June 20, 2013 at 4:18 pm
This look just works on this guy. A confident and daring style that many men just wouldn´t be able to pull off as successfully as he does. The photo composition just enhances the shapes that he´s wearing. Well done to all involved!
June 20, 2013 at 4:27 pm
i want to like it. the patterns, colors and textures are lovely. accessories are spot on. but the cut is just awful.
i’m sure those pants are stupid comfortable and really, I’d wear the hell out of them, just never outside of the house.
The proportions are just odd. makes the leg look short and squat, the jacket elongates the torso creating an overall oompa loopma effect
June 21, 2013 at 8:19 pm
Ha ha, as soon as I clicked on the picture the Oompa Loompa song started playing in my head! It’s never a good look when your legs appear as though they’re two inches long.
June 20, 2013 at 4:28 pm
all of that is true. and yet it’s all about the glasses.
June 20, 2013 at 4:30 pm
Love the lines and perspective in this photo, amazing.
June 20, 2013 at 4:32 pm
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING…what a great LOOK!!!!
June 20, 2013 at 4:51 pm
Scott–You’ve always been a great photographer, but as I’ve been following your site over the years, I’d have to say that your pictures are getting better than ever! I love how you include more of the background and place the figures off-center. Lovely!!
June 20, 2013 at 5:00 pm
Oh my God c’est le bonheur cette photo !
June 20, 2013 at 5:11 pm
Perfection! Love the fashionable outfit of this man.
June 20, 2013 at 5:16 pm
I love the dramatic composition of the photo…the pants? Not so much.
June 20, 2013 at 5:34 pm
I am completely in love with your style of photography! It’s very “real” and I don’t know how to explain why it feels like that!
June 20, 2013 at 5:45 pm
good shot but, perhaps your very best shot ever happened on Aug. 2, 2010. A little light on the face but, overall, your best shot.
June 20, 2013 at 6:28 pm
A last glance at the perfect pair of pants he exchanged for these ones.
As long as he’s comfortable…Amen!
June 20, 2013 at 7:43 pm
If only the shoes were diffrent the outit would be perfectf for me
June 20, 2013 at 8:41 pm
thank you Scott for this shot…
Line game is amazing, just what I admire!

Brilliant outfit–one of the best I’ve ever seen here. However, for me it’s all (well, mostly) about the watch! Please include a closeup of the watch from now on… I hope this gentleman understands the value of a good (not necessarily expensive!) mechanical watch!
June 21, 2013 at 2:31 pm
I have a strong passion for watches. It’s an 70s omega in gold and polished/opaque steel. the strap, is my favorite.
The Subject of the photo
P.S. thank you so much.
June 21, 2013 at 1:33 am
Scott, you are a genius. Everything about this shot is perfect.
June 21, 2013 at 1:49 am
It’s been awhile since I’ve been really taken with one of these photos. Here is the latest.
June 21, 2013 at 3:08 am
love this pict! It’s so architectural…
June 21, 2013 at 3:26 am
Thus is a really stylish look! Out of ordinary with a twist of classic!
June 21, 2013 at 3:28 am
This look is def stylish! Out of ordinary, with a twist of classic style!
June 21, 2013 at 4:00 am
The shirt and the jacket are very nice, but the rest is not my style… :)
Une petite Bruxelloise
June 21, 2013 at 4:07 am
I love the way the colours on his clothes match the surroundings – chameleon look!
Isa tout simplement ...
June 21, 2013 at 4:38 am
Original and like it !
June 21, 2013 at 5:14 am
This is one of the most beautiful photos yet! fashion with architecture looks amazing.
June 21, 2013 at 5:56 am
It’s another funked up salwae kameez variation. It would be cutting edge in Pakistan and it looks great here, apart from the shoes. Shoes matter.
June 21, 2013 at 7:22 am
amazing setting…photo shop him out…
June 21, 2013 at 7:42 am
Cool sunnies bro!
June 21, 2013 at 8:21 am
I love the bracelets!
June 21, 2013 at 8:47 am
This photo speaks ‘Italian design’ in a modern way …Fantastic!
June 21, 2013 at 8:57 am
great photo composition. The printed trousers works well with the background. street style photography at its best!
June 21, 2013 at 9:04 am
1. I wonder what this guy job is? Cause I still don’t see it as job dress code, although I make all my complements for the combination.
2. I wonder if he wasn’t on the street on that position for the earthquake, that just happened to be in the Florence Bay?!!!!!
June 21, 2013 at 9:05 am
His style makes you want to know more about him. Intriguing. Success.

kw ladies in navy
June 21, 2013 at 9:44 am
What strikes me about this great picture is the composition. It’s perfect with its architectural lines, good focus and colors and all of them dominated by the man’s image.
June 21, 2013 at 9:47 am
That photo is really great. I like his pattern.

I wish more men dressed like this! I love the laid-back quality, but still put together look.
IS THIS IT? models review
June 21, 2013 at 11:13 am
Casual it’s casual… but… mmm…
June 21, 2013 at 11:25 am
Most men would not have the nerve or the creativity to wear these clothes. He does it beautifully while still looking extremely masculine. Favorite touch: the bracelet. Impressive!
June 21, 2013 at 11:30 am
LOve those pants!
June 21, 2013 at 9:43 pm
love each and every piece. however, i think the proportions are a little bit odd.
June 21, 2013 at 10:09 pm
It’s fashion and it’s anti-fashion at the same time. Very well put together, yet the proportion is totally opposite the prevailing thin, long-legged look that seems to be considered ideal for both men and women.
June 22, 2013 at 12:24 pm
The longer I stare at this, the more I like it. The colors, subdued, but the pattern! The cut of the pants vs. the cut of the coat. A Nehru shirt underneath. All good.
June 22, 2013 at 2:48 pm
Fantastic layout and love the pattern of the guy’s pants against the pattern of the steps and wall.
June 23, 2013 at 4:27 am
June 24, 2013 at 12:21 am
Great picture. Love the stairs. Love his pants and his beard. His ankles are kind of sexy too.
June 26, 2013 at 1:55 pm
THIS IS AMAZING his shoes, his jacket, his shirt, everything

June 28, 2013 at 5:28 pm
