You feel it – the noise – and then at the same time, time has stopped for this person… something has happened…. everything has gone quiet. For him, the silence is maddening…
Yes beautiful chiaroscuro like an arty Coppola film. This picture made me long to be in my twenties again, feeling sad and contemplative in an artsy bar… Don’t feel that way any more. And perhaps only the young can look so beautiful while distracted.

Love Le Progrès,even the waiters are nice (wich is rare in Paris) all the café are good in that Rue de Bretagne.
The shot is also beautiful.
