What an extremely considered outfit, just beautiful. The colours and fabrics are stunning.
March 5, 2013 at 2:09 pm
Amazing combination!! I love his orange coat!
March 5, 2013 at 2:13 pm
This is really a masterpiece…Amazed by how maroon and purple nested with each other under orange coat..Orange is a very noble color !
March 5, 2013 at 2:14 pm
Well done, and its fascinating how well this orange goes with the rest of his purple/maroon ensemble.
March 5, 2013 at 2:15 pm
Really lovely and the orange suits him well
March 5, 2013 at 2:18 pm
The men have really been nailing layering lately.

love how this guy stands out in such a subtle way and his ability to wear three different shades of red without looking like a harlequin.
THE STEL STYLE

This outfit is so cool!!! I really love this mix colour!!!
March 5, 2013 at 2:34 pm
I love the use of texture and monochromatics to really tie it all together! It’s so youthful, but very sophisticated.
March 5, 2013 at 2:37 pm
Oh, I could look at this beautiful modern image for a very long time.
March 5, 2013 at 2:38 pm
Talk about standing out.
Love the color pop.
March 5, 2013 at 3:06 pm
I like his colors!

I like this look…I like this shot…
March 5, 2013 at 3:10 pm
It screams “colour” in relation to what the men wear in Canada.
(And to be clear: I love this man’s outfit.)
March 6, 2013 at 9:25 am
Most men in Canada do not have a clue how to dress. And I am from Toronto.
Well, I am a girl but I think I am going to copy this outfit and style. Just great!

This is such a great way to wear bold colors without being too flashy. Very well put together. Bravo!
March 5, 2013 at 3:21 pm
He stands out, really nice.
March 5, 2013 at 3:27 pm
pretty awesome look!
March 5, 2013 at 3:36 pm
Wish you could have gotten him to stand with the blue and green coats in the background. Each cool alone, but together would have been great!
March 5, 2013 at 3:37 pm
Great example! I’ve got two posts like this for women in my draft.
March 5, 2013 at 3:38 pm
Very new and fresh approch to colors by this man. I love the shirt under the perfect size sweater.
March 5, 2013 at 3:43 pm
perfect he looks awesome
March 5, 2013 at 3:56 pm
Agree great example but it does not represent my style, for a man I prefer basic color and eventually colored accessories
Daddy Lele from Lelli, italian fashion family
While I do adore the overall look, I am just not a fan of a man wearing so much color. Although the proportions, the textures and silhouettes are perfect. XOXO

Love love love this look, amazing coat and jumper and man and just wow
March 5, 2013 at 4:23 pm
Perfect match of colors!
March 5, 2013 at 4:27 pm
What makes it really great is how he managed to mix lavender into the outfit. Color magician.
March 5, 2013 at 4:31 pm
Beautiful color association! It looks very good on him, but I could also imagine a woman wearing the exact same outfit!
March 5, 2013 at 5:28 pm
Though it’s a nice color combo, something about the lumpy fit of that shirt irks me.
March 5, 2013 at 5:32 pm
The coat is just the right tone, not garish; any brighter, and it would be a safety garment.

March 5, 2013 at 6:37 pm
Nice style, love it!
March 5, 2013 at 7:31 pm
Great look – reminds me of J.Crew for fall 2013.
March 5, 2013 at 7:40 pm
Sorry, his was not the way!……he screams top to bottom.
March 5, 2013 at 8:05 pm
He looks great, but some of us would have a hard time pulling that off. His youth helps.
March 5, 2013 at 9:07 pm
If this doesn’t scream color, I don’t know what does. And the no socks screams foolish.
March 5, 2013 at 10:26 pm
I beg to differ. If this doesn’t scream “I’m wearing color”, I don’t know what does. It’s a bit much for me.
March 6, 2013 at 3:17 am
Que mezcla de colores más impecable!
March 6, 2013 at 7:20 am
No. This says “dressed in the dark to buy the Sunday papers” and put some socks on young man!
March 6, 2013 at 7:56 am
I like men in colour. It shows effort! Especially when it looks as good as this. It’s a also fresh.

The older men in Venice and Florence do not seem afraid of colour. I have seen emerald green, and bright yellow corduroy pants, and bright red coats. The world got very black and grey for quite some time. Possibly we shall go back to colour.
March 6, 2013 at 11:16 am
this guy has style..a perfect example of what style is..
in theory – all wrong
in practice-he pulls it off
his stance is great also- full on facing us, brazen in his confidence!
and i love how the texture of the jumper reflects the stone pillars.
oh how i love the ridiculousness of fashion!
March 6, 2013 at 11:46 am
Nice shot but not feeling the orange coat…that sweater seems a bit too bulky for this outfit. Subject has a great stance though.
March 6, 2013 at 1:29 pm
True style seldom screams but there is no denying that fashion can be ridiculous and, when reduced to that, jeopardizes ones credibility. When you assess the total picture here– it’s a very silly get up for a young man.
March 6, 2013 at 5:07 pm
I totally agree. The color combination is great if you are in the papal Swiss Guard.
March 6, 2013 at 3:05 pm
Beautiful shot, great color.
March 6, 2013 at 5:03 pm
The color combination works great — if you are in the papal Swiss Guard.
Otherwise it looks ridiculous.
March 8, 2013 at 2:07 pm
i love the colours and the coat!
March 8, 2013 at 10:11 pm
Really great combination of colours thats not too overwhelming!
March 9, 2013 at 10:14 am
Can anyone tell me the brand of the sweater?
March 14, 2013 at 9:12 am
The loafers completely throw off the look! The gentleman would have been much better off investing in Crockett & Jones Footwear- Chelsea, Chukka, or Monk.
March 14, 2013 at 9:33 am
Furthermore, the white shirt doesn’t work and looks very untidy outside the pants. A brown color scheme (shirt tucked in) would have really pulled the look together.
March 15, 2013 at 7:53 pm
The pink sweater on this white shirt is a good choice worn with the bordeaux pants. Like Tim asked, do you know the brand of the sweater ?
