Well, it’s March, so spring is already here :) By “next season” I meant fall/winter’2013-14, cause there are so many turtlenecks on the runways right now :)
The first picture is the best of all . Why ? Apart from a well-cut turtleneck, the contrast colors of the outfit play off with each other so well that we get a signature dapper look…
Navy+White : Always gorgeous
I used to wear them often in winter. Now, the thought makes me suffocate, I live in South Florida !
#6 is my favorite, it makes me think of Cambridge, Mass.
They are all I think of in winter (and summer if you live in England!). I’m always picking them up in Uniqlo and am wearing the Heat-Tech navy blue cotton thermal today – BLISS and no draughts whatsoever!
My love affair with turtlenecks started when I was a little tyke back in the Midwest. Unfortunately, I don’t have an opportunity to wear them very often, as a recent transplant to Austin.
I should probably move back to the East Coast.
I get recommendations from Style Up (www.thestyleup.com) all the time on new ways to wear turtlenecks, but I love these recommendations! Breaks the typical “mom” stereotype for turtlenecks!
turtlenecks of every kind! They give me everything I need when it’s cold, they look elegant, it’S just so chic even if it’s a dress with a neck like that… and you find so many variations of it. It’s even better if you have a long neck of course, but everybody should have a few of them.

I love how a few of them are pulling their turtlenecks up over their chin and nose like a scarf. So useful.

I love the navy blue one, it looks like the finest, softest cool. With the pop of white at the bottom, sartorial perfection.

I absolutely adore turtle necks. Especially ones made from a very soft fabric. Amazing pics, so inspiring!
