i think socks and sandals can look really quirky and cute, but I am far too scared to try it out myself. i especially like the photos with the wedges and the last photo on the right hand side.
Your pictures has such vibrant and beautiful colors. Do you look for the best possible lighting when you shoot or is it in the post processing? I’d love to hear your secret.
Top left is really the only one who pulled it off…maybe bottom right. I have worn knee socks with short dresses before, but with closed toed heels…hmmm, I may have to try this :)
There are only a few looks in which I like it but most of the time I just don’t get it. On the first outfit it kind of fits the picture but the 4th photo is one big mystery to me…
I was thinking the same. There’s no comparison between the two women. The one on the right, which I’m sure is Giovanna Battaglia, with her Valentino’s studded shoes is on another level.
Socks with sandals are quite man repeller and not flattering at all.
I love this look, but I always feel like I should wear boots because in the summer it’s too hot for them so now is the time. Sandals are good without socks all summer long, but I still think the socks and sandals look is adorable and makes a statement!
On a young woman this can look great….I especially liked the top center photo of the girl in the red skirt. On an old lady like me…no. I would look like entering my second childhood. Too bad. It looks comfortable.
I’ve been wearing socks with my pumps and sandals for a while now. Not really for fashion – it’s just easier on my feet (comfort and warmth). : ) Of course, when doing this I ensured I looked fashionable. I hope.
It’s a classic although I prefere bare legs and sandals, they give you the feeling that summer is never gone away or that spring is around the corner :))
I really like this combination but I always pair the socks and shoes wrongly or do it on a totally wrong outfit and it comes out horribly! Anyone has any tips?
In reality how often do you see this look? I believe confidence is the key for these looks and age appropriate. Love the concept and wish i could carry it off !
Man, the first lady is sneaky! I don’t know how she’s so good at playing with her colours (especially the oranges). Her oranges are playing hide-and-seek. Amazing. Her socks and shoes, then the dress too… omnom.

If you are thinking about socks and sandals…
If you don’t already know the answer to that question, look at the two women in the photo in lower left hand corner…

Agreed. If U still think socks with sandals look good look at the lower left photo. And avoid Southern CA and South TX.

When I wear sandals I always wear socks with them. Otherwise I get blisters.
If it repels men that’s all the more reason to wear them. I’m an aromantic asexual.
