How lovely. Although this and the Marc Jacobs show are both lovely, this is much, much more to my taste.

These photos and clothes are fantastic! (I dare say — I prefer clicking the arrows to see the images rather than scrolling down for miles.)

Very classic! Loving it!
February 16, 2013 at 8:58 pm
Simply perfect. Ralph Lauren nails it every time. What I love most is the obvious Russian opulence influence.

have never seen antler chandeliers with crystals before – feeling very inspired now to drape some on the deer head in my office. thanks!(don’t like the fit of the gloves in the last photos – but everything else is creme de la creme)
February 17, 2013 at 7:28 am
Gloves are so classy
February 17, 2013 at 7:35 am
I’m in love with everything!
February 17, 2013 at 7:57 am
So Anna Karenina meets 5th Avenue!! Love it. This is the second collection I am absolutely delighted with (the first one being Oscar de la Renta).
February 17, 2013 at 6:25 pm
Yes, exactly! First photograph is a bit more Shirley Partridge though. Love love love Oscar de la Renta too!
February 17, 2013 at 8:13 am
A little bit of russian flair to this beautiful collection.
February 17, 2013 at 8:35 am
Boring. Predictable. Cliche after cliche. Like always.
February 17, 2013 at 11:04 pm
Agree!! Improvised from their 2010 catalog. For example same deep purple colour except its pants. 101 items to wear at the hamptons. I dont understand how a taste for marc jacobs can say this is equally amazing. Its good but just ralph….
February 18, 2013 at 1:18 pm
Because unlike anything at the Marc Jacobs show its actually flattering and not costumey. It evokes a mood. And I really don’t see how a similar color means its the same. If Marc Jacobs actually came up with something a human could look good in and wear without looking like an idiot Id fall over. If Marc even came up with a cool pair of pants I would be amazed.
February 17, 2013 at 8:45 am
Um, these clothes and these photos are amazing. Ralph Lauren is officially no longer a little too conservative for me.

Really stunning coats!
February 18, 2013 at 12:27 pm
What I loved most: Karlie Kloss!! I think your picture captures her catwalk prowl very well. Otherwise, another typical RL collection to me.
February 18, 2013 at 3:39 pm
As always, black and white is a perfect combination.
