Perfect. She looks perfect. And she isn’t scowling. She just has a normal relaxed expression. Its OK to skip making your subjects say “cheese” when taking photos. That way you get natural expressions, and that tells you even more about the person photographed. The dress is beautiful, the shoes are perfect, and the bag is unpretentious and fitting. She just looks summery.
This outfit would be just as perfect today as 6 years ago when it was captured. Thats style.

I have a minor issue with the purity of the white dress juxtaposed with the sass of the sunglasses, ponytail and necklet.
