I love how playful this look is…and the black and white leggings are different. I’d imagine they could be worn different ways too. But that hat is pulled way too low over the eyes, which I bet are gorgeous. I couldn’t see if my hat was pulled down that low. This is a good illustration of the saying “Pulling the wool over your eyes.”
Is everyone sure that she is NOT wearing a jumper/catsuit? Look at her chest (No, not for that reason!). Is that not the same pattern as her “leggings/pants”?

I believe that i a too small coat, perhaps a boy’s double breasted coat with the top two buttons taken off, and one moved far over. It opens the collar and the front and lengthens it into a V. I sew, and shop resale, and dress myself by restyling all the time…I love the coat.
