Wow, Texas Tuxedo done the right way…
January 15, 2013 at 10:04 am
In America we call it the Canadian Tux
I’m glad the denim is a dark wash, otherwise I would hate this. His curled mustache and beard combined with the denim in this 3 pc format is a great combination of Old & New. The denim keeps this look current.

J’ adore le style!
January 14, 2013 at 3:24 pm
I had never seen a total denim look before..love it!
January 14, 2013 at 3:27 pm
Love his beard!
January 14, 2013 at 3:38 pm
Now that’s a Canadian tux I can get on board with.

That…is dapper. It takes some serious confidence to wear denim head to toe. I love the rolled cuff and the touch of red.
January 14, 2013 at 3:44 pm
Great stylish and confident look! Excellent use of denim! Many thanks Scott!
Great outfit :)

January 14, 2013 at 3:51 pm
I wanted to hate this…but he carries this well. Very well.
January 14, 2013 at 5:51 pm

I just saw Les Miserables and he doesn’t look like he belong in our time. Love it! Awesome pic.

If the suit had a finer fabrication I would say it could be Joe Macheca, the head of the Italian underworld in New Orleans in the late 1800′s out for a stroll. He wore that same mustache as did many men of the time. Of course no stove pipe legs, but the fit resembles some of the old photos of the time I have seen.
Also because it is shot against a brick wall with no other identifiers, it could be any city, anywhere in the world…and any time.

fabulous denim suit!
January 14, 2013 at 4:21 pm

I have to admit he pulls this off well though I’m not personally a denim fan. The hat and long beard give him cartoonish proportions but not in a bad way if that makes sense.

Looks really nice. He would have put a handkerchief in that pocket though ;-)
January 14, 2013 at 5:01 pm
Now this is a man who knows who he is. A truly sartorially fearless man. Awesome.
January 14, 2013 at 5:17 pm
Where can I get this suit, or find the pieces, in metro NYC?
January 14, 2013 at 5:22 pm
That’s what I call rocking a Canadian tuxedo!

I can’t get the bottom half of this photo. Frustrating !
Everything this man is wearing seems too small but, somehow, it works. That’s style.
January 14, 2013 at 6:01 pm
That is one confident dude and I totally dig it.

in the photo he looks good. however, in person i am certain that this look is striking!
January 14, 2013 at 8:10 pm
I love this; not many could carry it nearly so well.
January 15, 2013 at 1:14 am
This look wouldn’t have been made complete without the well-groomed beard and the black fedora. It’s the details that counts, even with this “Canadian tuxedo.” Which he pulls off VERY nicely by the way.

I love this photo, and this guy has incredible style!

I love you!
January 15, 2013 at 11:40 am
Very cool! Denim but elegant!
January 15, 2013 at 12:23 pm
This sounds quite pathetic, but I always look at the comment number below the picture to see how many people liked the photo. I was disappointed that this fellow only received around 40 comments but then I realized I never comment on photos either. Therefore, I am one of the problems. I think he looks incredible. He’s the kind of person I would stop and stare at and wonder how he spends his time.
January 15, 2013 at 12:46 pm
this is just PERFECT!
January 15, 2013 at 1:00 pm
His face strongly resembles Charlie Chaplin.
He’s gorgeous in that suit.
January 15, 2013 at 10:56 pm
the look is okay but the jacket is too casual american style to make it a proper suit look, stitched on pockets, no buttoned trenches on the sleeves, regular denim to go with it. good try though.
January 16, 2013 at 12:01 am
If your’e thinking about a denim suit… :)
This is fantastic!
