It’s a Celine trapeze bag! Looks spankin new to me…I once had a super hard time deciding between a trapeze and a luggage but got a tricolor olive-colored luggage with suede sides at the end :-)
loooooove the skirt, and the bag, effortless & elegant, without batting an eyelash. And I love the tims! I am soooo in love with English style utility boots, of which tims are definitely, albeit ruggedly, in the tradition of. Thanks Mr. Schuman. Love it!
I like the mix of lady-like and tomboy…
But those work boots were in style back when I was in grade school…and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to erase the memory of wearing them to be cool (and ending up looking a wee bit foolish)
Lesson learned!
P.s. I like the boots, it works with the bird theme on the pants, something to do with hunting….the timberland boots scream American style?
It a mix of boho and funk-something an artist would wear I suppose-but who ever it is-the looks makes me experience a mild catharsis- and that I suppose is what the Sartorialist was aiming for in this capture?
Cleanest, most well behaved work boots I’ve ever seen, tamed entirely by their companions. I think I’m reacting the way I used to to pressed jeans…vanilla!!!!!
That skirt is very eye-catching, and upon closer inspection, very lovely and unique. I love the idea of wearing a long skirt with chunky flat boots, but I’m not sure I could pull it off so well.
The flashy lining of the hat is also a nice touch.
It’s forteforte, and it’s such a damn good hat. I know everyone’s focusing on the boots and the bag here, but if you could just see how good that hat is in action…
I love the print of the skirt. But! I’m afraid Timberland boots, especially pristine ones, will always remind me of people trying very hard to be cool in the late 80s and ending up looking pedestrian and sterile in the process… However, this my personal view – I am sure this is a very cool lady.
I agree with everyone – the subject line should be ‘the bag!’ The boots on the other hand look huge. And, my own opinion…these sorts of boots belong on men. Or possibly women… who are out in the yard working or doing some construction!
In Stockholm 6″ yellow Timberland boots were… ubiquitous…
The last 4 or 5 years they’ve been overthrown by the Red Wing 6″ Classic Moc. I personally find both styles quite dull, but on this picture it kind of works:)
Please don’t reduce these to mere “work boots”, premium 6 inch timbs in wheat are classic, must haves, a staple even. like chucks, clarks desert boots, or AJ12′s.
