Me too, great combination. Super unique, but the silhouette it gives her body pulls it all together. Plus she looks so sweet and genuine, it balances out the slight edge of the dark leather. Gorgeous.
Wonderful. Fantastic wardrobe and it feels like Chicago.

This girl looks somehow royal. When I saw her my first feeling was- what a nice modern princess. The picture is great as always.

Like the coat!
December 3, 2012 at 9:27 am
Not sure if I like this outfit though, she’s looking a little too small to be in this huge outfit.
December 3, 2012 at 9:28 am
This looks early morning. Love how her greenish tights match the copper light fixtures behind her. I miss my city.
December 3, 2012 at 9:30 am
Gorgeous photo. The light! And the girl is so beautiful–fashionable, but with her very own style.

Wow, what an amazing look. Love the outfit she looks great.

Nice to see the Sart taking pics in stylish Chicago. Now, we’re not LA or NYC but any means, but there’s some styling going on, especially downtown or in the hip neighborhoods of Bucktown/Wicker Park. This is interesting considering that the Sart made some not complimentary comments about the Windy City’s lack of style a while back. Maybe he’s reconsidered?
December 3, 2012 at 10:05 am
Wonderful! I love her outfit – the blue and black combination, the proportion play, the socks and t-strap shoes – and your shot is perfectly composed.
December 3, 2012 at 10:12 am
I love her coat!!
December 3, 2012 at 10:14 am
You no longer “have to go to Stockholm to shoot a cool girl from Chicago”? …. saints be praised. :o)
I love this outfit. I’m not quite sure if the coat is navy, paired with a black skirt …. a conundrum, fashion-wise …. is it mis-matched blacks or navy with black? This is the issue I have with navy when I wear it!
I love the nude-tone top – very striking against the heavy, dark pieces. I don’t love the heavy, elephant-like tights nor the ankle straps that make her appear shorter than she is … but overall, it’s a hell of an outfit.
December 3, 2012 at 10:19 am
For one, we just love that you’re in our hometown – Chicago! Second, navy, nude, leather, grey dotted tights – she is taking care of both textures and colors in one outfit. Brava!

Like the contrast in materials, but the nude body throws the proportions into confusing perspective. She’s a beauty though!

December 3, 2012 at 10:51 am
Such a nice face !
December 3, 2012 at 11:05 am
It must have taken great courage to put this look together and I applaud her for that. It works and it is not as boring as it could have ended up to be.
And suppose it had not worked, who would have blamed a God’s creature with such a sweet under-smile like that?
Now be a good girl and walk away from that bridge. There are better outfits still waiting for you. Life must go on!
December 3, 2012 at 11:30 am
Your shot captures her beauty perfectly. Chapeau!
December 3, 2012 at 11:38 am

I love the long jacket and how it’s layered with the long skirt. I don’t love the socks with the shoes. Just not my thing.

I don’t necessarily like the outfit, per se, but I love how the proportions work together. The silhouette is so perfectly balanced, from layers to colors, that it makes the whole look quite inspiring.
I also love how her sweater matches her skin and you have to take a second look…very clever and arresting!
