love the shoes with the black tights. In my line of work (lawyer), I cannot do that kind of thing during the week (unless I want to lose a few clients), but I love the idea.
Indeed, PretzelGirl is well put together. Do hope the high carb meal gave her the energy to rock whatever interview she was on her way to (assumption what with the portfolio and all).
I love this look, but everytime I try to do something like this, I end up cursing the shoes (and my feet) well before the end of the day. Heels for work (where I sit most of the day) or for night, but all the walking… I can’t do it!
Are all these heel-about-town girls just willing to put up with the pain for fashion, or is there some secret I don’t know about?
oh wow I would never have thought to team metallic pink with black opaque tights especially during the day!!! only a model could pull that off…she looks FAB!
actually, pretzels – brezen or brezel, is a very german thing. That could be a very German look, if people were that chic here. Love the look, Love the shoes, Love your blog- its my daily news to update me what is going on back home.
I am but a humble Mid-Westerner– I need to know if open-toed sandals with tights is universally accepted or not. If not, what’s the rule on that subject?
This pretzel looks delicious!! Love her shoes, and love most, the match that she maid, with the cloths all in black and just the shoes in first place, and color. beautiful
She really is adorable. I normally would have said “no way” to the tights with open toe shoes (I thought that was a total faux pas) … but this is proof that “breaking” the rules in the right way is the very definition of fashion! Really cool …
To me the important thing is that the tights are really opaque. If you could see her toes the look would be all wrong, but she’s pulled it off perfectly.
cute cute cute .. its a funny thing about the pretzel – I wonder – maybe I should design some pretzel brooches, scarves, pins, necklaces bags… they may be the next big thing!
She used to go to my school shes from here in lonon. Her names Daisy Lowe and she models. Shes the daughter of pearl lowe and gavin rosdale rock and roll chic. Even @ school her outfits were inspiring……….

Those metallic pink sandals make her look like a little girl playing with her mom’s clothes .
She looks lovely.

She’s picture perfect, especially with that expression on her face. Love the sandals/tights combination. And the pretzel, too, of course.

En mi opinión, lo mejor de esta temporada son las medias tupidas como las de esta chica. Irresistibles si se combinan con una sandalias en contraste

I’d much rather see her in something besides all black. But, it does punctuate her shoes.

I love the shape of her coat and the way she is wearing her hair is gorgeous…so simple and yet understatedly elegant for everyday.

Sart, I beg to differ. There’s one other place in the world where a pretzel would be the perfect accessory – Philly.
