i think this is the look typical college girls in uggs and tights and parkas are going for, but obviously failing miserably next to this woman’s effortless style.

The color of that anorak, together with the color of the footwear is fantastic. I love the short shorts and the tights. She’s so cute.

this young lady looks adorable, i love the muted colors and the different textures of what she is wearing, the old suede boots, the coyote fur on the apc hoodie, the cut-off denim shorts with those grey wooly tights. her bag looks like thomas wylde, the metal chain they have as a handle is a great reference.
her expression is so soft and feminine, not a scrap of make-up and pulled back hair, very straight forward. i would call what she is wearing “utilitarian deluxe”.

Quirky shape. Even though the tights are a little trite, she still looks good.

It is interesting to see less-convenient pieces (this pull-over parka or YSL’s back-buttoned shirts and blouses) make a comeback in the name of design. What does everyone else think? Are we too accustomed to comfort-dressing to allow designers to explore these possibilities?

she looks wonderful, but then her legs are long and thin and amazing.

i am starting to find the tights look a bit of an eyesore now that it has been picked up by so many women whose legs one really does not want to be looking at so closely…

    great work as always!

This is a question I have had for a while…
It it still okay to wear shorts withh tights or leggings?
I feel like that look is out now because of being too over used. It is true?

How chic! She’s gorgeous. Her style is effortless and totally original. Wow, originality! Who would’ve guessed? I think you’ll see this look a lot – the combo of short-shorts and leggings with boots is the ultimate sophistication. I want to take her home and kiss her!

LOVE this outfit. Short-shorts and tights is one of the cutest looks and it really hasn’t been done enough/very well. And the jacket is awesome. She’s hot too, which helps.

She pulls off the tights/ shorts combination ever so much better than most, and I like the tan/ grey pairing. However, as one living/hanging out in Williamsburg and the East Village — I’m so sick of that look!

It *almost* looks like the winter jacket is like this mini jumper snow suit (which would be such a wickedly lovely fashion oxymoron).

Now, this look is not for me but is totally for her.

    Nice shot, Sart.

If dressing from head to toe in one brand is original, maybe Gap is the temple of originality.

    Obscure, yes. Original, no.
