Wow. The combination of kimino inspired prints and belts, sort of Mao collars and scottish tartan is pretty inspiring. Absolutely adore this. It’s casual, you can imagine yourself wearing it, and yet it’s totally exciting.

I love this colletion. Thanks for the pictures!

Ok, fashion is subjective. That’s why I can’t agree with you. The numbers 1, 4 and 6 are just ok. The nº 5 has too much tartan and the rest are too messy. The color palette can’t be the one element respected in a creation.

All of these are so subtly colourful, and yet so fun and fashionable. The first shot is stunning.

Love the plaid pants! Beautiful fabrics and great cut.
September 27, 2012 at 11:24 pm
So far, my favorite show. Dries is a master at mixing prints and textures while making beautiful things that you can look great in even if not model sized. No need for freaky shapes, midriff baring, mile high shoes, or other distractions – just gorgeous clothes.

Again, another brilliant designer who takes us places with every collection. To me the entire collection including the presentation was very British (even down to the music; “Back to Black”, Amy Winehouse). I loved the play on opposites; the plaids with the couture fabric and the womenswear/menswear aspect. I mentioned the British feel to the collection because it immediately reminded me of quintessentially British it-girls like Alexa Chung and Emma Watson. I must also mention what an amazing colour palette Dries has given us this season – Thanks!

Absolutely, Wayde!! The colors are gorgeous. And the fluid airiness and weight of the fabrics is brilliant. Personally, this collection is probably connecting with me so much right now because, although it’s still hot in Texas, Fall is approaching. Plaids feel right but heavy clothing doesn’t. I’d wear all of this right now if I could!

Their spring collection looks pretty dark, but I LOVE the prints and the mixes of textures!

whoa! I love this collection! just perfect!

These are so lovely! A master class in mixing prints. There seems to be a recent trend (or competition) amongst some designers to see who could make women look most like they were blind folded, spun in circles and then sent naked into a charity shop, but these manage to be funky without detracting from the woman.

Le mélange des imprimes et des matière est incroyable, pourquoi sur les podiums ça à l’air évident et chez nous devant le miroir trop d’imprimé tue l’imprimé?? Injustice!
September 28, 2012 at 3:30 am
LOVE LOVE LOVE that last one!
