blackberry 8700 from the 2008 photo… sign of the times. however, her hair and body is rocking.
September 12, 2012 at 9:15 am
I swear that 2008 Blackberry only makes her look more amazing…
September 7, 2012 at 7:19 pm
Yes and her hair is amazing!
September 10, 2012 at 7:43 pm
And we will never see her face! Which is actually wonderful in a way.
September 7, 2012 at 9:18 am
You don’t always ask people to make their picture?
September 7, 2012 at 9:24 am
September 7, 2012 at 9:29 am
I love the way her hair’s blowing into her face in the second photograph.
Love that you’ve again captured her so that’s she’s fabulous, but anonymous.
September 7, 2012 at 9:35 am
awesome – love her hair!

Celia looks to be in a hurry again :) the hustle and bustle of NYC.
September 7, 2012 at 9:42 am
When will your book arrive in Asia (MLA)? In my world, there’s only one blogger. It’s my dream to meet you!
September 7, 2012 at 9:44 am

Wow, this is like a cool “déjà – vu”, right?
September 7, 2012 at 9:50 am
I love the 2008 photo! It’s so feminine with the pose and the heels!
September 7, 2012 at 9:54 am
It’s amazing that you ran into her 4 years later, what a coincidence! Or, more scientifically, it’s happens because of the laws of large numbers!
September 7, 2012 at 9:58 am
Love these action shots! I wonder where she is hurrying to? I also wonder what accessories she is wearing with the polka dot dress? I’m imagining something grand like this: https://www.etsy.com/listing/92949272/chunky-turquoise-coral-necklace-handmade
September 7, 2012 at 10:01 am
This is one of your most iconic shots, in my opinion! I bought that AA dress but…. I’m no Celia!!! Ha ha!
The years are kind to those who are kind to life.
September 7, 2012 at 2:16 pm
Wonderful comment! I feel that being healthy in mind, body and spirit is reflected in our outer aspect in both tangible and intangible ways. These shots are fantastic. Very intriguing.
September 8, 2012 at 12:29 am
Why thank you!
Of course without Scott’s keen eye we would have never gotten to witness these moments in time. Stay kind always. It shows.
September 7, 2012 at 10:02 am
oh how i LOVE that her fabulous hair obscures her face in each shot! more to the imagination.
September 7, 2012 at 10:08 am
September 7, 2012 at 10:09 am
Ms. Celia is SUPER sexy! Great shot.
September 7, 2012 at 10:10 am
It takes a beautiful, healthy body and lots of confidence to wear these “clinging” dresses. The contrast between those very fitted dresses and the loose, free hair is extraordinary !
When are we going to see Celia”s face ?
You’ve made her a “mystery”. I really want to see her face. Her face please?
September 7, 2012 at 10:11 am
She looks great – then and now.Dont know which is better – dot or red dress!
September 7, 2012 at 10:14 am
Love her hair and not only. She looks fantastic!
September 7, 2012 at 10:15 am
Bold hair style :-)
Nice photos :)

I ADORE this shot of her fixing her shoe. It’s perfect. She is incredibly sexy and gorgeous. Love it.
September 7, 2012 at 10:28 am
So beautiful and I Love the look!
September 7, 2012 at 10:29 am
I LOVE the green shoes with the polka dot dress and that I don’t see her face. perfect!
Love her crazy hair !
September 7, 2012 at 10:37 am
Will we ever be able to see what she looks like? ;)
September 7, 2012 at 10:53 am
I will second that hair emotion. Great long hair is hugely attractive…and I’ve always loved black women who have the head of naturally springy hair. It’s hard to keep that kind of hair through life as some follicles go dormant, but whatever a woman can do to keep a full head of hair throughout will be an asset to her personal and professional life.
She looks great in spite of your claim that you shot her. :)
She looks stunning in dresses from the back and from the side as well.
September 7, 2012 at 10:55 am
Absolutely amazing woman and photoshot! Beautiful!
September 7, 2012 at 10:57 am
Love her sandals. What energy!
September 7, 2012 at 11:08 am
Scott, the photo in the red dress is my all time favourite picture of yours. It was actually the reason why I bought your first book. I remember it so well. She is stunning and somehow you manage to capture her energy and spirit, I am imagining what kind of person she is even though I do not know her at all, neither have I seen her face. That is so great!
September 7, 2012 at 11:13 am
Love her shoes on 2008 pic.

September 7, 2012 at 7:37 pm
In my dreams I imagine myself being captured like this by the sartorialist. Hey, it could happen…
mysterious girl! I love you for this: stories, people – taht makes style!
September 7, 2012 at 7:43 pm
Very beautiful shots.
September 7, 2012 at 7:47 pm
I wish our beautiful young ladies would look up from their phones and see all the other beauty out in the world. Ironic that Scott, with his camera, always seeks to take in the kaleidoscope, but so many of his subjects are absorbed in a tiny screen in their hands. Toss your phones, my ladies, and enjoy the world as you find it!
September 7, 2012 at 8:40 pm
I love the overt sexuality somewhat veiled by both the angle of your lens and her glorious hair.
PS: I start the sit-ups NOW.
September 7, 2012 at 9:11 pm
Wow she looks amazing!
September 7, 2012 at 9:17 pm
she is amazingly beautiful. love her style, and her attitude
September 7, 2012 at 10:38 pm
This pic is brilliant!
September 8, 2012 at 12:44 am
Amazing photos. This girl has an essence.
September 8, 2012 at 12:47 am
These images certainly make the case for ladylike heels don’t they? Her lovely calves help, of course!
September 8, 2012 at 5:22 am
Not denying she looks H.O.T. However, does an amazing body and great hair equate to style?!
September 8, 2012 at 7:14 am
September 8, 2012 at 7:29 am
She’s amazing, dress, hair and shoes! Pretty Pic, also! Love
September 8, 2012 at 7:59 am
I have to say it …
What a Body !!
September 8, 2012 at 9:36 am
I love the retainment of anonymity. It makes both of these shots so interesting and mysterious!
September 8, 2012 at 11:16 am
But really, with a body like that, she could make a paper bag look great. The red dress is great but she doesn’t need it to be fantastic!!!
September 8, 2012 at 12:41 pm
DAM,THIS IS PERFECTION!!!!
September 8, 2012 at 3:26 pm
Fantastic figure, I dont know many women who can wear a red dress like that and look so stunning
September 8, 2012 at 5:05 pm
Some women’s bodies make clothes look good.
Some clothes make women’s bodies look good.
Sometimes magic happens and the clothes and the body blend flawlessly.
She’s simply delicious.
September 8, 2012 at 6:53 pm
OK SCOTT, I SERIOUSLY NEED TO KNOW WHAT CELIA LOOKS LIKE…FROM THE FRONT! THE ANTICIPATION IS KEEPING ME UP! I’M SECRETLY HOPING THAT THERE IS MORE THAN A PASSING RESEMBLANCE TO MICK HUCKNAL… PEUT-ÊTRE ???
September 9, 2012 at 12:54 am
OH – she’s so FAB! LOVE it!

September 9, 2012 at 1:35 am
Wow, her body is out of his world!
September 10, 2012 at 1:26 am
And she really looks stylish; her hair, the dress in 2nd photo is just great. I dislike the anonymous context though. Why can’t we see her face?
September 10, 2012 at 1:37 am
I was hoping to see her face, but anyway; nice shot. I love the red dress.
September 10, 2012 at 1:41 am
Выглядит она просто супер! Восхищена!)
September 10, 2012 at 1:59 am
Wow! I wonder what happened after four years to such a great change; she looks so beautiful and elegant in that red dress; really fits her and protrudes the hips so sexily! I love the dress, it is my taste!
September 10, 2012 at 4:43 am
Love the pictures!
September 10, 2012 at 7:00 am
Them’s running calves!
September 10, 2012 at 12:16 pm
HA! she was a highlight for me back in 2008. So much so that I had the shot printed and put on my “Bevy of Beauties” bulletin board (an actual bulletin board in my office.) Glad to see great taste stands the test of time.
September 10, 2012 at 12:57 pm
I spotted Celia…
Celia L. Smith is a fashion Editor at Esence Magazine. She is in the middle of the attached photo. Gorgeous indeed!
September 10, 2012 at 8:27 pm
The red dress photo is a classic. Worthy of Bresson for capturing a moment.
September 11, 2012 at 9:51 am
I remember her!
The woman in red! And the beautiful hair and amazing body are still the same!
September 17, 2012 at 3:45 am
Timeless, in a way. Love it.
September 17, 2012 at 3:58 pm
I love second picture. It is like a colorized Robert Longo masterpiece, making that leap to “better than real life.”
September 21, 2012 at 10:13 pm
Your memory amazes me more than the photo
September 23, 2012 at 2:57 am
I’ve always loved this 2008 photo, it’s my inspiration to get in shape. I mean, that red dress is just amazing.
September 23, 2012 at 2:30 pm
She really wears that dress.
