I’ve seen all these faces so often on your blog. Lovely to see them together like this, with candid shots. Beautiful slideshow.

relaxed and effortless help great style :)

Weirdly and uncharacteristically I’m really liking all the male jewellery and piled up bracelets, maybe because it’s in black and white? or because they just look so damn cool, everything works on them?

Wonderful shots, I really love those natural photos!

love, love, love!
August 28, 2012 at 5:22 pm
Wonderful picture. He is soo tipically Italian.
August 28, 2012 at 5:26 pm
These italian men exude style, elegance and sexiness (although I don’t really dislike the word, used ad nauseum) but in this case, there is a nonchalance, an attention to detail, jewelry galore but in a very masculine way. The man in the 3rd photo is beautiful.

P.S. “An appeteaser” ? I love it !

Reminds me of the movie Sexy beast. Look at your tan, mate , like leather. LOL. Impeccable style for sure.

August 28, 2012 at 7:09 pm
Best black/white portrait with great fashion and the spot of movement.
August 28, 2012 at 7:26 pm
Great shot, but unless you gents are at TGIF or Chili’s this is not an Appeteaser. And clearly, you are at the Olive Garden.
Starting a tradition with friends.
August 28, 2012 at 7:58 pm
Looks like he’s telling a fun story!
August 28, 2012 at 8:01 pm
This picture left me thinking about the man:
He seems in peace with the man he became
He looks like time doesn’t have any place in his life, unless you take in consideration the marked features on his face.
And he looks genuinely happy about life.
I just love when a picture has the power to make me stop my world and live in the now, right there, where you were ;)
August 28, 2012 at 9:17 pm
I would love to be at that table.
August 28, 2012 at 9:38 pm
………..but where are the beautiful women?
August 28, 2012 at 9:46 pm
Love their charm and elegance. Most of all their relaxed attitude and authentic expressions.

Love all these well dressed men!

Looks like the end of the scrappy masculine bracelet era is upon us.
This series demonstrates what a caricature maker the bracelet is.
August 29, 2012 at 1:36 am
That’s a great shot. I love the purity of black and white and I have to confess, that picture looks good.
August 29, 2012 at 1:38 am
It is a challenge to those of us who try to look far a head, the chain of destiny is too long and can only be gasped one at a link. The man in the pictures lives in the present and l love his swag and the pictures came out quit well ant they are very natural l love them.

all very stylish and dapper – but what always cracks me up is the current trend to look rugged & rough in a higly refined urban environment. lots of unkempt beards, too – very stylish gentleman farmers with a manicure.
August 29, 2012 at 3:17 am
AMAZING. You seriously rock. What a room full of stylish men!

they are very similar, arent they?
August 29, 2012 at 9:28 am
Lovely shots, black and white has such an effect, timeless … fashion transpires through the photos. Who is this man? I see him often in your photos.
I will be moving to Florence soon, I hope I attract your attention one day and manage to be on your site.
August 29, 2012 at 9:56 am
This moment looks so awesome !
August 29, 2012 at 10:06 am
Great collection of photos. You must have been delighted to have so many options from which to take your photos. I love the man in the first photo. The lines on his face are amazing. You can imagine him when he’s not smiling and there are no lines, suddenly he laughs and his face turns into a sculpture.
August 29, 2012 at 11:46 am
The animated photos and sophisticated style of men of various ages make me want to book the next flight to Florence.
August 29, 2012 at 12:26 pm
FANTASTIC! what a great tradition this has become!!
August 29, 2012 at 1:45 pm
Clean B&W. It’s a pity to see all those mobile phones on the table.
August 29, 2012 at 1:47 pm
And, please, leave your hat when you sit on a dinner table.

August 30, 2012 at 12:50 am
Were that lovely gentleman to grace my table, his sense of self and style would, in my eyes, trump formalities. The hat wouldn’t bother me at all.

very good photos, simply but sophisticate.complimenti!
August 31, 2012 at 10:11 am
The black and white is great, but would LOVE to see the colors these guys were wearing. Any chance of running a few pics in color? Would enjoy a kind of look book approach and seeing everybody head to toe, tho I suppose not feasible… sigh… wish I had been there. Gosh, have no idea what I would have worn to feel in their league, tho.

Like the finest red wine, the older the better. I just love to see older guys still looking like rookies all happy and smiling. Pure class!
