I agree, this looks sweet and I like the monochrome pieces used in this look
August 22, 2012 at 9:05 am
Basic and simple, but the flow and fit of the dress fits her nicely, and the top works well to dress it all down. Cool hair by her too.
August 22, 2012 at 9:07 am
Stylish and pretty. Love the maxi skirt :d
Her top looks great! Being my boring self, I would probably have paired it with something totally unimaginative like denim cut-offs, but no matter she looks amazing with her crazy skirt and un-balanced-out proportions.

cool take on monochrome!

There is a really interesting balance of edgy and softness in this look. Her hair and oversized sweatshirt are edgy but that soft skirt, and a very approachable smile soften up the whole look.

Love her hair! Great long tiered skirt too…
August 22, 2012 at 9:49 am
Love the emsemble. Very good I would probably paired the skirt with some sort of fitted top and high heels but that is very imaginative.

Deep side parts flatter one’s face.

Love, love, love the skirt.
This is a wonderful summer look – so hip! I’m not a big fan of handkerchief hems, but this tiered, striped skirt is perfect. Love the simple shoes and accessories and her great haircut.

Love the top and the necklace!

She just single-handedly brought Flashdance off-the-shoulder retro glamour to an all new high. Gorgeous!
I think this is the best striped skirt I’ve seen thus far this year. It’s not in your face with stripes run amuck. I’d sew something like this in an aorta beat.

I love how the outfit is grafic and lay-back at the same time! Beautiful look

Beautiful! Casual elements, but assembled into a very sophisticated b&w composition. A chic graphic design statement, from her hair coloring to the tip of her handkerchief points. And, I’d bet when she walks, these supple clothes move with her as easily and sensuously as a dancer’s shadow.

Stylish skirt! With this t-shirt that makes a great look!

La falda es preciosa, las lineas cayendo junto con el volumen hacen que sea hipnótica.
August 22, 2012 at 11:21 am
She balances hard edge with softness. Her hair, shirt, and skirt all have an angular, yet soft look. She is quite pretty.
August 22, 2012 at 11:23 am
Oh I just love this. I’m not sure of her background, but her look reminds me very much of the women I recently saw in Tokyo, and especially Harajuku. The fashion in Tokyo is fantastic, imaginative, insane. From Little Bo Peep weirdness to contemporary and chic, like this woman, here. I am also sporting an asymmetrical bleached blonde look (I’m half Japanese) and love seeing fellow Asians who rock the look.
love her skirt

love the elongated look!

Stripes: in her hair, her skirt and on the stairs. Great composition, Scott!
August 22, 2012 at 11:57 am
I love the skirt, the white and black is so elegant, it also matches her hair perfectly. I like her smile, it’s a very pleasant smile.

I usually don’t like the off the shoulder top nor the handkerchief skirt but here, it’s perfection. Without detailing this look, I can tell the proportions are right, her hair is beautiful and this young woman has a great posture. Perfect shot, again !
August 22, 2012 at 12:23 pm
I really dig her style, very cool!
August 22, 2012 at 12:46 pm
I love the casual femininity of this contemporary look. The top falling off her shoulder echoes the asymmetry of the skirt.

I love her style!!! she has a different and beautiful style

Beauty. She has such angular beauty in her face and outfit. I love how she achieves a comfortable and comforting look with all those sharp edges. It’s an oxymoron of style.

The hair-top-skirt ensemble is just gorgeous–flowing, striking, and beautifully proportioned. (I’d ditch those shoes & try a pair of Docs or Fluevogs, though.)

I want that dress! Wouldn’t pair it with that t-shirt, but it works for her figure and looks cool with that awesome hair.
The accessories are also very suitable. Just wish she had chosen another pair of shoes. I think many like that style, but I seriously don’t. It doesn’t look good with that outfit either, in my opinion.
Her face is so sweet and cute. I wanna pinch her cheeks. hehe
Love the background as always too. All those lines… and all those lines in the outfit. surprisingly not overwhelming.
(My grammar may not make sense. I am running a high fever at an illegal speed.) Thanks for posting refreshing images.

She’s adorable. I love the black and white and her cool modern style.

I’m delighted you are including more diverse faces on your blog. One of the reasons I stopped buying fashion magazines is because of their lack of diversity.

I LOVE this look! I think that the structure of her hair and the skirt with its repeated pattern balance the softness of the Tee top.
