Ha we’ve seen this lady in one of your recent photos in London haven’t we! She’s got the same edgy yet effortless style on this photo. I adore the tie-dye jacket!

I was thinking the same thing! Wasn’t she wearing a skirt with sneakers before? Looks like she likes to mix formal dressy with athletic and it works on her!
She looks fantastic – I love all those colourful bracelets on her arms. Just a great overall look.
August 21, 2012 at 5:45 pm
I love friendship bracelets, they are something fun from childhood that never need to be left back in that time.
August 20, 2012 at 9:10 am
Although the tie-dye jacket visually grabs you, and works well for the photograph, I don’t like it at all. Other than that, cool dress and bracelets, and great shoes!
August 21, 2012 at 9:28 am
I agree. At first I was just going to say that I hated the jacket altogether, but now I realize it really is what draws you in. I love the dress, I think it’s really pretty and unique, but even it isn’t quite spectacular enough by itself in this plainer photo.
August 20, 2012 at 9:13 am
Wow! Great one! Great photo!
August 21, 2012 at 4:19 am
I agree, this jacket reminds me so much of Isabel Marant red tie-dye jeans!
August 20, 2012 at 9:14 am
I love that look! It is very casual and laid back and yet, very stylish. Beautiful bracelets too.

Her crochet tunic is so pretty!
August 20, 2012 at 9:19 am
jacket looks like a weird skirt! great idea!
August 20, 2012 at 9:21 am
I love her outfits. It’s just so perfect !
August 20, 2012 at 9:28 am
The colour on that tie dye jacket is just incredible! Absolutely stunning portrait and outfit! The shoes, the dress, the ‘arm party’…everything! Isabel Marant sure is brilliant!
Sweet. Kawaii, almost.

I love how cool and casual she looks on top and with her jacket wrapped around her waist; but, then, you scroll down a little further and the shoes make it a whole different look – i love it, especially with the stack of bracelets and no earrings.
August 20, 2012 at 9:34 am
WOW she is gorgeous !

Very Marant-ish, very cool!
Those bracelets look like they are from Baby Buddha, my favorite boutique in Paris.
August 20, 2012 at 9:39 am
That red blazer causes too much discordance against that sporty number. And those heels…those heels warrant a formal dress.
I like her blue bangles though and the simplicity of her hair. Interesting capture :)
August 20, 2012 at 9:40 am
i love the dress…..i would wear it will sexy body suit nude and K Jacques sandals..and loose beach hair
August 20, 2012 at 9:41 am
Amazing. Thank you Paris for making style like this a reality :)
She’s beautiful and I like the individual pieces here, but this is a strange combination. The dress looks like a swimsuit cover-up. Her bracelets and shoes are really gorgeous. I don’t get the jacket.

I love her outfit. Powerful photo.
I like the contrast of her long dark hair with the white, blousy top…which I would think might be easy to sew using sporty fabrics. Or eyelet in different patterns but all white.
August 20, 2012 at 9:51 am
wow!!! that looks really cool!

OMG….love tge shoes, and the crochet-esque dress! I am a bit apprehensive on the jacket. Not so sure, what role it’s playing here.
August 20, 2012 at 10:00 am
love her look. her shoes. <3
August 20, 2012 at 10:07 am
Great style, chic and sporty!
August 20, 2012 at 10:09 am
Finally some good heels!
August 20, 2012 at 10:11 am
I wish I knew why you snapped this shot. Is it to promote beachwear?
The outfit confuses me. The woman is attractive.
August 20, 2012 at 10:12 am
Bracelets are nice, it is comfort with the whole she-bang that makes it.

i like her style
August 20, 2012 at 10:23 am
the tie-dye jacket reminds me of blood orange sunsets, reflected in the sea.
August 20, 2012 at 10:24 am
Love her heels!!! great photo!
August 20, 2012 at 10:38 am
Love everything except the jacket. Maybe she sat on some gum and borrowed her friends jacket to cover it up?
victor john penner
I love the jacket!!
I think this looks like a mistake! As if she just dropped a huge glass of red wine on her white pants and had to take them off as she is not near her home, and that’s why she tied the jacket like that cos there is a huge stain on the back side too. Only that could explain this weird way of dressing :D I like the bracelets and her hair and she’s got a wonderful face.

Nice bracelets, pretty girl. But what the hell, if you want to wear a short dress, OWN IT. No fair trying to ide which is what she is doing with that jacket.
February 20, 2013 at 11:18 pm
I think thats what makes it hot. Its not the dress, or the jacket, or the shoes, but the fact that she put the jacket around her hips to make this outfit sporty rather then overtly sexual. Can’t wait to do the same.

That splash of red looks brilliant!

She has such great shoes.
August 20, 2012 at 12:30 pm
Yes to the dress ! Hair, bracelets and shoes are beautiful.
The red jacket is an eye sore…. I’m trying to imagine this yound lady without it : stunning !
August 20, 2012 at 12:38 pm
I don’t like the jacket. The bracelets and the shoes are gorgeous – but nothing seems to be fitting together here…
August 20, 2012 at 12:47 pm
Unique outfit! I like bracelets!
August 20, 2012 at 12:54 pm
The ol’ jacket around the waist!! I love it!
August 20, 2012 at 12:55 pm
Effortless looking…great white “dress” and nice shoes to highlight those wonderful legs. Good deal.
August 20, 2012 at 12:56 pm
It is a miracle she can walk in those Louboutins!
August 20, 2012 at 1:01 pm
Relax and chic at the same time, only parisian girl can make it so easily x
August 20, 2012 at 1:11 pm
i love this woman and all her looks, including this one. who is she?!
August 20, 2012 at 1:12 pm
The outfit would have looked better without the jacket around her waist, it looks sloppy.
August 20, 2012 at 1:24 pm
I love your shoes!

Of course, the heels are bondage and dangerous.

Demure, yet white-hot sexy.
Planned, yet spontaneous as her whims.
Makes me want to be the breeze moving through that crochet work.

August 20, 2012 at 3:46 pm
She’s got too many things going on at the same time. If she took out the red tie&dye thing she has wrapped around her waist, then the outfit might work.
August 20, 2012 at 4:10 pm
Amazing legs. Great outfit.
August 20, 2012 at 4:32 pm
The shoes look boring, the colors are bland and a heel that high does not make the leg look more attractive. I am constantly looking for shoes that look beautiful and are comfortable. They are out there but this pair is not one of them.
Shoes these high ultimately deform the person’s foot and injure the back. I’m sorry that we have not advanced in fashion so that women do not have to suffer for the sake of looking fashionable. A man would never wear shoes that are so bad for your comfort and health.
I do enjoy your blog.
August 20, 2012 at 5:18 pm
You are right, I knew the shoes were boring, but didn’t notice how high the heels were. Well, what’s one going to do? You have to look beautiful at every cost.
August 21, 2012 at 11:39 am
Elizabeth – I’m with you in terms of the stylish and comfort thing. I just don’t wear shoes that hurt anymore. I can handle some soreness at the end of the day, maybe, but not PAIN. Anything about 2 inches are out.
Haus of Dinma – I’ll try and look beautiful – to a point. NOT at every cost. I’ve written in before re: Scott’s penchant for photographing cyclists. I challenged to him to shoot someone who manages to make a helmet look good. I don’t care if a helmet ruins my hair/look when I’m cycling in traffic!
July 24, 2014 at 8:56 pm
Thats you. For all we know she feels great in those shoes. I know lots of women who love wearing them. Shoes like that don’t deform your feet at all unless you wear them daily. Arthritis is largely hereditary, anyhow.

I love the mesh and lace top and especially with the heels. I’d fear looking hookerish if I wore this look. So I’d probably do a low heeled boot in the same color…if such a thing exists somewhere.
August 20, 2012 at 5:04 pm
Finally one that is up to date and keeps going. :)
August 20, 2012 at 5:42 pm
Head to toe, amazing! I love the jacket, a 90s way to wear it!

Those shoes are so beautiful, but I bet her feet pay the price for that beauty.
Very lovely lady.
August 20, 2012 at 8:58 pm
Loving those shoes.

I don’t think so….

August 21, 2012 at 12:55 am
The tie-dye jacket just adds the finishing touches and a much needed pop of color
August 21, 2012 at 3:15 am
I am not sure about effortless wearing those shoes is a lot of work.
August 21, 2012 at 3:43 am
I would have worn that with flats. But that’s okay, she can pretty much pull off anything ;^)

Love the dress!
August 21, 2012 at 11:34 am
I love scrolling down as the photo loads up, and being surprised by the footwear.
I was fully expecting to see sandals or flats or a low heel … not the stilettos she’s wearing. The casual summer look of the breezy tunic (worn as a dress – lord have mercy, she’s got the legs) and the jacket tied ’round her waist are so casual, that I find the shoes to be too, quite literally, pointed.
Dig the bracelets.
August 21, 2012 at 2:14 pm
Love the shoes and bracelets! Great!
August 21, 2012 at 2:58 pm

August 21, 2012 at 3:43 pm
The shoes, the shoes, the shoes.
I have completely fallen in love with the shoes, which makes me forgive the outfit she’s wearing them with ;)
August 21, 2012 at 4:11 pm
Can someone shed some light on how one could possibly walk in those shoes? They must be about 6″ tall?
