dear sir, I really miss your snaps in n.y.; i must say that those photos were very-very much inspiring since you have a such good eye and delicated good taste. As far I am concerne, N.Y.is the most stylished city in the world, next to London; Paris is too perfect, I must say; Milan is too burgeois and Madrid it´s not at all sophisticated, but authentical and really, really, fun. And Berlin? what about Berlin? don’t forget it; you could get amazing looks over there.
I wish more guys wore narrow-legged trousers–with suits, and in all situations. I think the wide-leg trouser looks dated, and that’s part of why this man looks so sharp and fresh to me. The hat is key, but the narrow silhouette really does most of the work.
Italianissimo! A classic look that could have been worn by Cary Grant. The three-button jacket (can just see the button-hole below the roll of the jacket collar) is correctly fastened on the centre button only, and the shirt is a beautiful shade of blue. Are the shoes a very dark brown or is my browser playing up?
i love the light blue! i don’t know why, but lately seeing that pale blue is really refreshing and crisp, like on that woman’s gloves in a previous entry. it’s inspiring me to looking for clothes whose colors i’m passionate about, and wearing them in a subtle and crisp way.
I’m not the pants length expert, but the fit of the jacket is distracting.
Your candid-style pictures bring home the point that item of clothing that needs to be adjusted or tugged to look right should be left on the rack at the store!
The gentleman is well put together; however, the puddling of his trousers and those of “Old Guy” from the other day have me worried.
