Love how light and breathable the fabrics look. I may be alone in this, but that slightly revealing top is really sexy to me.

Versatile wearable style, very tasty, great inspiration, didn´t know the label yet

I love the shades of grey!!! (no pun intended with the book heheh)
June 27, 2012 at 8:54 pm
I like this collection. Generally don’t have much to say about menswear because it’s usually a little too. This monochromatic, well worn styling is good, I’d buy it for my hubby.
June 27, 2012 at 9:15 pm
Absolutely love the grey suiting in the final picture. Demure grey spiced up with fruit print over the top? Genius! Great show but very different to everything else happening in Milan right now, neutral, natural and nomadic. Great clothing for summer, love the proportions and the fabrics are light and floaty.
June 27, 2012 at 9:32 pm
love the muted colors.

bottega veneta often makes me think of the forest; this is no exception.

I like this show the best so far!

#1 and #2 are good, but #3 and #4 are too monochrome for me. Overall thumbs up. Talk about high-end casual.

The suit jacket with the fruits on it is strangely intriguing. I’m wondering if anyone could pull that off on the street.

Now this is more like it! The draping is fantastically flattering, as are the lace-up necklines.

June 28, 2012 at 4:08 am
One of the best show in Milan!
June 28, 2012 at 4:39 am
Monochromatic look – what a change when ss13 is full of color and designers decided to splatter their blank canvas with multi-colored pattterns and shades.
Here, it’s simple, yet elegant and the photo is great.

I’m liking all of these except the all-brown look – it’s a bit too reminiscent of scrubs.

Fabric, colors, cuts and the grey suit with the fruit impression, including the bags and shoes are fantastic.
I would wear something similar to the 1st picture and I am a woman !

Now THIS I can get into.
Very masculine, very comfortable, very translatable to the street.
June 28, 2012 at 9:26 am
You know, I this is a nice collection, but I’ve been working so hard to diversify my colours lately that I wouldn’t wear any of this. I think the problem with a lot of menswear collections is that there’s not a lot of options when it comes to layering colour. The Burberry line was rather good; on the other hand Prada came out with a strong line (in multiple colours!) but the switches were so intended one would have an impossible time mixing and matching outside of the sets that were presented. I hate that. I hate that when I got into a retail store there’s a billion mix options for women and like 10 for men. Top Shop (Man) does a decent enough job, but it’s line is still very narrow to a specific type of London fashion. I hate to get all ranty, as it has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of your shots, but while some people like treasure hunting, I don’t like having to go to space to find things that are “unusually” good at fair prices.

By fay my favorite Bottega Veneta collection…
June 28, 2012 at 9:51 am
I sense a couture-inspired Hunger Games influence. Prescience?
June 28, 2012 at 10:16 am
Looks great on a guy with a wrinkle-free face, which rules me out.
June 28, 2012 at 11:02 am
I can get into this. Definitely my favorite of the shows posted so far.

These photos made me smile.
1. I’ll stop ironing my clothes. I have all the pieces shown already, although not by BV.
2. The faded botanical print on the suit just doesn’t work for me. It seems meek.

Love Love Love this fashion brand. I did register and use http://www.ishipusa.com, so i can order from USA. I have a question, if someone knows some very good US websites for this brand? I did search saksfifthavenue and nordstrom. Thanks much Thomas

I love B-V for doing something out of the box for men. That printed suit jacket is genius! And, I can actually imagine my husband wearing some of this stuff.
