wow, she’s fantastic. simply classic. the shoes are impeccable, but i particularly like the shape of her sunglasses. they suit the shape of her face. it’s refreshing. it seems bug eyes are all we see now days.
Impeccably groomed, beautifully coordinated — a really nice example of contemporary style for a mature woman. Actually, she looks like she could be a NY relative of the Sozzani sisters.
It’s like Jil Sander meets Chloé. In my opinion- perfect. If all girls dressed like this, the world would be a much better place. One thing, though- her outfit is so fabulous, it would be great if her bag were black as well. Or for a little bit of pop, maybe white. A white Mulberry bag would do nicely, I think.
she does fall/winter flawlessly. she’s an inspiration. maybe it’s unfair, but she gets extra points for her age – the same outfit on a 20yo would not have the same punch. i canNOT wait to see what she wears for Spring.
this chic woman is xinthipi (cynthia) joannides and i think she’s the editor-in-chief of glamour, or used to be. regardless, she’s a great editor and if you find pictures of her over the years she always dresses fashionably but simply to compliment her features. makes it look so easy.

I love how severe she looks. Very chic and she knows it. She definitely works in the industry. This is minimalism at its best.

Loving the coat, the shoes, the glasses, the hair….but not loving the bag!
An look like that needs an outrageous bag.

the bag’s color does not fit the rest of the outfit. her blonde hair and the black clothing are neither compatible. shoes are ok.

No, she was never the editor-in-chief of Glamour. She is the magazine’s style or fashion director.
