I love this girl. The clashing of prints, the retro shoes, the beautiful hair, the understated shades. It all works.

Love her jacket! So chic!!
May 16, 2012 at 9:23 am
It’s interesting, her jacket looks Springy but somehow doesn’t feel Springish. I think it’s a conflict of right colour and wrong fabric. If it’s any consolation I LOVE her hair.

By the way, today I have published a look including very special peep toes. I hope you like them!

I love the print mixing! I also like her sunglasses!

Everyone wants to look like this – slightly disheveled and off-guard, like: “i didn’t really think about what I threw on this morning, but it works, I’m sure.”

Looks kinda chilly for May over there in Paris. Still, she looks impossibly chic.

Some girls mix them better than others ;)

i think her shoes are just beautifully high enough. looks very well with her legs.

Wonderful mix of prints and gorgeous hair! Well spotted.

love the mix of prints
May 16, 2012 at 9:43 am
It looks cold in Paris. I like the way she’s combined these prints, almost the same tones, blue and grey, and then her hair… it’s lovely. A nice photo with the blue and greys in the background.
Nice mix of prints!

ottimo accostamento di stampe…ma le scarpè un pò retrò le avrei evitate!!!

Gorgeous stance and hair! The mix of prints is so subtle, but works very well together because of the similar color palette. And I love that the ironwork of the background complements it so nicely. Great picture!

Love her jacket!

I’m sensing an outpouring of love for those shoes.

May 16, 2012 at 10:51 am
The girl is nice, but her dress is similar to my grandmother dress.
The skirt is terrible, doesn’t match with the blouse.
It’s no a problem, sometimes it can happened!
Fashion Follows Her
One word- CHIC. Does everyone in Paris look this good?

Great mixed prints!
May 16, 2012 at 1:39 pm
I like how her skirt carries the texture of her jacket without it actually having the same texture. Also, great colors. Grays/ silver tones & teal always look good together.
May 16, 2012 at 1:49 pm
Chic! Her look really reminds me of Paris.. Except the fact that she is in Paris of course.. <3 Nice picture, like always.

It’s really a very nice picture. Love the background:):):)

The print mix combines so well with her beautiful thick dark hair and sunglasses. This girl is just lovely to behold.

Great prints, love the way she has mixed them, but the shoes? No…too 80s, in a bad way…
May 16, 2012 at 2:25 pm
I like the jacket-coat very much but with a different skirt/pants.
Lovely hair though.
But what I like the most is the rue de Rivoli, near jardin des Tuileries and le Louvre. I miss Paris so much…..

Forget the color mixing…all I’m seeing is this woman’s amazing hair. Looks straight out of the 1980s…it’s so full. In fact, it’s so voluminous, it’s wrong, as in it’s unfair that she has so many tresses!
May 16, 2012 at 3:40 pm
Awesome!Thank you for another great shot,Scott!
May 16, 2012 at 3:42 pm
Beautiful classic look! ove the prints together!

Print mixing, so hot right now.
May 16, 2012 at 5:10 pm
The lines: shoes -> legs -> skirt… parfait. She must know how good she looks in blue! Nice capture.
May 16, 2012 at 5:44 pm
Love the mix of prints in this outfit! That jacket is beautiful, I really like it.
May 16, 2012 at 6:09 pm
I think she has been to my fabric supplier. Great jacket, but I’d have taken it 4 inches lower, to show just an edge of the counter- print on the skirt.
May 16, 2012 at 6:25 pm
The jacket is awesome. Love the print.
May 16, 2012 at 7:52 pm
The vintage prints and awesome sunnies are to die for, she looks awesome!

From a male perspective this is a very attractive, appealing outfit worn by a beautiful woman. Casual chic.

Those shoes look terrific on her. And it’s great to see “dressy” heels that aren’t stilettos.
May 17, 2012 at 1:42 am
her shoes are seriously getting me down. so frumpy! the rest of her is very cute however.
May 17, 2012 at 1:44 am
love it! especially those shoes…am going to pull out a vintage pair of prada’s that look very similar! okay the hair and pattern mixing are also highly noteworthy!
May 17, 2012 at 1:48 am
I <3 those shoes, they look good :)
May 17, 2012 at 3:39 am
Ravissant !! Isn’t that the Maje jacket?
May 17, 2012 at 4:43 am
From a shoe obsessed perspective I am not keen on the shoes. Sorry!
May 17, 2012 at 6:20 am
She’s really well put together, fabulous colours and these shoes are great. I sure hope that Paris is not as chilly as she looks.
May 17, 2012 at 6:29 am
She’s got a style :-)

I love her. I want her as my bride.

Paris … So chic!! Nice coat!!
Part of me hates this, and part of me loves it. What mix of print, of emotions, of hair and chunky heels!

ah perfect granny shoes
May 17, 2012 at 5:50 pm
Those are almost “old lady shoes” and still she looks stunning! !
May 17, 2012 at 7:48 pm
I’m no expert, but her total look (glasses, shoes, clothes) seems very Marni-ish. (I almost feel like it must be. I’m such a fan!) Love seeing a young lady looking so elegant and chic in sensible heels.
May 17, 2012 at 7:56 pm
Love those heels

The return of the early 90′s!
May 18, 2012 at 8:06 am
Lovely co-ordination of patterns, so much harder than just matching but so much more interesting. After so many extreme shoes, she makes the subtle moderation of a glossy mid-height heel look really fresh. Also I love her embracing her glorious hair rather than torturing it straight. Overall a great demonstration of personal style

Can’t say I like anything about this besides the coat. Shoes are frumpy; make up too garish. But its still very interesting to see. I can understand what she was trying to do, and I think that has potential. Those shoes look like they don’t go with such a bohemian look at all. maybe if she wore sandals.

Yikes! I usually love the Sartorialist eye, but this whole ensemble looks like a rummage sale from a 1988 office park. And the hair reminds me of a Friday night at the mall. The ’80s were mostly horrible for fashion. Can we please move beyond…
