Loving the high-rise look of the jeans. Shoes are fab. Stripe theme is done in a very cool way here too.

I love this look! The colors are great!

Gorgeous shoes! Gorgeous pose! Is that a YSL bag???
But the aviator sunglasses does not complement her face. She needs something less rounded.

she is perhaps the 1st person I’ve seen wear the high waisted skinny jean well. She looks fantastic overall. Love the stripes, GORGEOUS shoes. I always like the ruffled bags…I can go on and on…2 thumbs up, for sure

She’s excellent and can really pull this look off. But I’m starting to get the feeling that high waisted jeans have gone out before they even got a chance to really come in – same goes for those Prada mini turbans. Anyone feel the same?
March 29, 2007 at 10:52 pm
jeans fit her nicely
March 29, 2007 at 11:09 pm
I like the proportions that she has created with her jeans. The whole look has a respectable eighties feel.

christian louboutin shoesalways the best.

I really like how the angular shoulders of the jacket look with her rather severe hair. It’s very structured and cool. But those jeans are atrocious. They create a stomach bulge that she probably doesn’t have and serve to remind me why they went out of fashion (and should never ever make a comeback!). While I love the pop of colour with the striped red tank, it looks a wee bit sloppy (especially against the structured shoulders) and the girls consequently seem…well, droopy. Those shoes are quite fierce though :]

i keep being drawn back to this photo. . . she is so cute and so working it right down to her perfect shade of lipstick.
March 30, 2007 at 6:30 pm
I’m almost positive those are Pierre Hardy wedges, not Louboutins. But could always be wrong.
March 31, 2007 at 6:56 pm
Why are the 80′s coming back?
April 1, 2007 at 3:57 pm
tina always has such an amazing style. she was my boss at nylon and there wasn’t one day she didnt look good
April 1, 2007 at 5:16 pm
I agree with TEFL blacklister. The hair makes this photo—classic & lovely

No matter how much everyone claims it’s back in fashion: I will NOT wear high-waisted jeans and I will NOT wear shoulder-pads. Some trends go away for a reason.
April 5, 2007 at 3:59 am
yeah fantastic looking shoe… how i wish i can afford a christian louboutin… hmmm…
April 6, 2007 at 1:47 am
very simple but its a very classic ensemble which is most appropriate for walks on the street and in the malls

The woman pictured here reminds me of young Carmen Maura back in her Women on The Verge of a Nervous Breakdown days. I can’t tell if I like it or not quite yet, but I do know it has that retro feel to it.
