Beyond cool. What amazing yet somehow understated colors…
This is an interesting look and color palette, though….her shoes look terribly gorgeous, and painful! B-(
Photography wise: I love how you found just the right spot for no branches over her face, amazing as always Scott :)
I love her heels!!!

wow such a cool look
April 12, 2012 at 10:03 am
This is insane! I love her attitude. Not many girls could get away with wearing something like that.
April 12, 2012 at 10:04 am
From the waist up she does not look like she’d be wearing pink heels. Brilliantly unexpected.
April 12, 2012 at 10:06 am
I absolutely love everything on this unexpected outfit: the overall with this militar vibe, pearls, no t-shirt and the perfect pumps by Louboutin… It’s all about the contrast between the different pieces!!!

Interesting style. I like the way she paired the ( I forgot what do you called that pants) with high heels. It’s nice way to make relax outfit formal.
Love her tattoos
Amazing light and colors. Love her glance.

Gorgeous heels, so beautifully paired with the outfit!
April 12, 2012 at 10:13 am

She is like a chic version of tank girl
April 12, 2012 at 10:18 am
Seems like the sartorialist is into tattoos these days…
Admire her for her moxie. That look on her face is as integral to this outfit as anything else.
This should come with a disclaimer: Do not try this at home.

Green overalls? Long strand of pearls? Bright pink pumps?
Ok, this girl is a boss.
April 12, 2012 at 12:04 pm
I love the juxtapositions here, the pearls and heels with the nice bag, and then the military pants. No tee underneath is very wild, as is the tattoo showing. Her hair is also really unusual. A showstopper if I ever saw one, and that must be hard in NY.
April 12, 2012 at 12:20 pm
I love the red lipstick, it is the perfect accessory for her amazingly cool look. I find it impossible to tell her age, she is the epitome of agelessness.

Those tapered overalls are out of this world, and couldn’t have been paired with anything more perfect than that looped Chanel pearls look. I don’t know, though, I’m not feeling the purple heels with this %100

April 12, 2012 at 1:10 pm
The military look seems to alway being successful with wen ! I live the color or her shoes ! It’s very suitable with the green of the outfit.
April 12, 2012 at 1:14 pm
She is one of your angel ready to disappear ! it seems you have a godly link with that kind of light ! have you seen one old movie called Mrs Muir with Gene Tierney ?
Dang it, I can’t believe my comment didn’t post.
When this first came up in my reader, I just saw the head and shoulder and thought ok, she’s going to be a rocker chic, really hard edged and so on.
Then I came to the site, and then I saw her torso and thought ok, we’ve got a waifish goth, so all black, and slouchy.
Then I scrolled down and saw her feet and there you get this amazing pop of colour!!
I can’t believe how assumptions and observations I made in less than 30 seconds about this woman and her values. Who says you don’t judge a book by its cover. An interesting personal exercise.

A unique find.
a one sentence reason why women shouldn’t have tattoos: “come children, let’s look at granny’s tattoos”. Tattoo in haste, repent at leisure (men too) and they aren’t even unusual anymore…

What a perfect little sprite! All she needs are sparkly wings, and she could be Tinker Bell. A very stylish Tinker Bell. With great shoes.
April 13, 2012 at 10:36 pm
I agree the exposed bra top is brave, and the necklace and lipstick are nice with the jumpsuit. I usually like army green worn with bright dark pink, some great style and choices. . . . But just because an outfit catches your attention – does that mean it looks “good”? This looks too *thought about* for my taste. Surprising and irreverent but forced – she looks too uncomfortable to have any sense of humour about it.
