I don’t think it is so unisex, can’t imagine boyfriend with this bag:-)

Always love that pattern. I think I have the matching pants for that coat right here: http://natashafatah.blogspot.ca/2012/02/wearing-mens-pants.html
March 29, 2012 at 8:05 pm
Hmmm prints! Oh and these patent shoes on the left are spectacular.
March 29, 2012 at 8:06 pm
Androgyny is fantastic :) However, what I really love is that fantastic shoe, bottom left. Beautiful!
March 29, 2012 at 8:09 pm
Mmmm, so good.
March 29, 2012 at 8:15 pm

Nice…BUT, if you’ve got the moxie to mix tattersall and leopard, you have to be bold with the footwear; say for example, a pair of suede Puma Clyde’s.
March 29, 2012 at 9:25 pm
The larger pattern of leopard makes the bag feel fresh.
March 29, 2012 at 9:50 pm
That coat is incredible. Love the intricate details of the photo!
March 29, 2012 at 10:17 pm
Anyone know where those shoes are from?
March 29, 2012 at 10:22 pm
Not so sure it’s unisex. Agree with the first commenter. While I love the bag . . . I know that my Boyfriend would not carry anything remotely like it!
March 29, 2012 at 10:30 pm
Oh, I’m with Peter, anything (!) for that bag…or the coat….or any of the other shoes……let’s be real here, I’m a cheap date for fashion.
Love the shot.

I don’t like the coat together with the bag. That bag is ugly, for a man like this to say the least.
March 30, 2012 at 3:50 am
I really wish we could see more of that coat!

I adore the clash of prints, such an electric combination.
Unisex becomes the new clothing, why not ?
March 30, 2012 at 4:23 am
Love the coat, hate the bag.
March 30, 2012 at 4:29 am
Well, obviously I am male and yes I certainly would wear/use that bag. Leopard (or indeed any animal print) is not in anyway specifically feminine to me. What really caught my eye was those amazing patent black shoes with the contrating red trim on the bottom left of the photo! Great shoes, does anyone know who they are by?
March 30, 2012 at 4:30 am
I like this bag :)

Loving the print combinations and the fact that there is dude pulling off leopard print… ! Veronique Xo
March 30, 2012 at 4:57 am
yeah it is unisex. We are in 2012. So why not?
March 30, 2012 at 6:10 am
This is so inspirational!
March 30, 2012 at 6:14 am
I love New York :)

Okay, I have to ponder mens/unisex accessories…I have come to the conclusion that I love the offbeat prints, but dislike the feminine touches. For instance, if that leopard bag had wider handles constructed with distressed leather, I’d be all over it like a fat kid on a Smartie!
March 30, 2012 at 10:29 am
Are you sure this is not an add for a shoe designer????
Love all of them and the bag…

Love the tartan
March 30, 2012 at 12:46 pm
Absolutely in love with the coat!
March 30, 2012 at 12:55 pm
Super cool mix of prints… like a lot!
March 30, 2012 at 12:57 pm
It’s more like bi-sex. The coat and shoes are so masculine but the bag is so feminine!

March 30, 2012 at 1:26 pm
Mix&Match perfection …
March 30, 2012 at 2:13 pm
I always pay more attention to the fact that it is not in the frame.
March 30, 2012 at 3:08 pm
that type of coat patter inspires me very much
March 30, 2012 at 3:39 pm
those shoes are beautiful.
March 30, 2012 at 5:04 pm
Totally. Can’t tell if this is a guy or a girl!
March 30, 2012 at 5:25 pm
This is a very beautiful picture, sartorialist, and if you take the colors out, to me it represents some kind of modern sentiment of loneliness.
March 30, 2012 at 6:42 pm
Love the prints together…but cannot imagine my boyfriend carries that bag
March 30, 2012 at 8:32 pm
Beautiful leopard print … Perfect coat!!!
March 31, 2012 at 8:30 am
love all the shoes…great shopping bag!!!
March 31, 2012 at 2:15 pm
anyway wear what you like but it’s not a men’s bag
March 31, 2012 at 9:32 pm
Anyone know who makes the brogues?
April 1, 2012 at 10:51 am
I think the wingtips are Dr. Martens
April 1, 2012 at 9:25 pm
Love it. man? woman? who cares. great totes are for everyone.
April 1, 2012 at 9:59 pm
Must be I am not “au currant”. That combination screams lazy and not dressed.

So unexpected! Love this look!
April 3, 2012 at 3:32 am
I love all the shoes in this shot. Love the boots on the right.
April 3, 2012 at 7:14 am
I disagree that this is unisex. Honestly….. It’s just really gay which is good. Each of the respective patterns featured are specifically gendered and just combining things which are masculine and feminine at the same moment doesn’t equal being ungendered. I’m sorry sartorialist. I agree with pretty much everything else you do or say except this.
April 3, 2012 at 2:24 pm
Pattern on pattern will never go out of style in my book.

I admire men who aren’t afraid to be bold in their sartorial choices. I love the mix of patterns, but I wonder if he’s holding the bag temporarily for a female friend who’s off doing something.
April 4, 2012 at 7:25 pm
Where could this photo be taken?
Must be NYC ! The variation makes it clear.
Chic, individual and exciting.
April 5, 2012 at 2:56 am
Well, at least its Dolce & Gabbana. I can spot their print a mile away! I think it’s not fopr everyone, but by the right personality and with the right outfit, it can definitely work. AND I have never been able to understand why women need a whole bag and men not each day. Surely guys have ‘stuff’ to lugg around…
April 6, 2012 at 3:48 pm
normally you nail it.. this one’s not so good though. come on, take another look. the beiges create a homologous look with no contrast . agreed, bold patterns in calm tones are a staple this summer, but these two together have no flair and just create a forced consistency in colour palette.
April 7, 2012 at 12:14 pm
Don’t like animal prints for men
April 17, 2012 at 12:08 pm
great combination of patterns
July 19, 2012 at 9:35 pm
am i the only one that thinks that bag is really… ugly, especially with the coat.
August 8, 2012 at 5:06 pm
Hmmm…not a big fan of this look.
