This is definitely the kind of outfit where I would like to hear what you like about it. Clearly she has style, and there is thought put into this look, but it’s difficult to understand.
I am not sure, not sure at all. The hat reminds me of Nicolae Ceausescu, the former Romanian dictator. The shoes remind me of ska bands in the UK in the 80′s. The coat reminds me of Japanese fashion, in the early 80′s too. The combination does not work for me.
Wow that coat. Wow. So japanese modern cool, the kind you see on a runway show and ask “yeah, but who has the balls to wear that”.
Everything is all future eastern european austere up top then boom pow surprise little burgundy socks and spectators. BOLD.
I found this photo more and more interesting as I scrolled down. I love her qaraqul, and I really love her shade of lipstick, and I like that she is a fully grown up woman with a strong personal style. Her cape is very intriguing. The socks and shoes are unexpected. They add a pop.
The coat looks like it could be a really nice coat but looks fastened up wrong, however not with those shoes and socks! She has a lovely face ,maybe she went out not expecting to be photographed and just grabbed the nearest thing from the coat stand like I do sometimes.
Interesting look, and I admire her confidence. I kinda expect a baby to poke it’s head out from the folds of her draped coat, little too papoose looking for my liking…
I love this – but I am partial to baggy clothing. After all, I became conscious of the fashion world when Mary-Kate and Ashley were rising to fashionista fame. Also she’s perfectly dressed for this weather.
Lets give thanks for the brave faces at the frontline of fashion and individualism. Trail blazing is never comfortable. The fact that people both love and hate this look is exactly what you want from cutting edge. To be loved all round is to be too MOR, too conservative…. I’d love to see more of this woman.
Some stylistas are eccentric in a precious, performative, attention-seeking kind of way. Others are eccentric in a delightfully (and often quietly) happy-with-themselves kind of way. She strikes me as the latter.
I really like this birds look, she has it nailed, most of all I love that bag she is carrying, I am searching for something that looks similar, versatile….yeh thats what it is all about being Versatile, you go girl/lady………mx

This is exquisite, out of another time. A rare beauty, think Europe meets Russia 1940′s to present! The touch of color, the expression on the beautiful woman’s face, feels like a clever heroine’s in a novel. I love it!
You know, you can get away with this camera on the street stuff in Paris. I don’t think it’s working as well here. I see a lot of Salvation Army purchases. Try Newark.
Of course everything works. She has layers, and nothing is hanging loose in such a way that she can’t be grabbed by the wrist and swung to the back of the saddle of a passing gallant. Of course, the shoes must be visible to prevent any one offending her toes. Toes are ten extra brains. Respect them as you would the paws of your dog, or the hooves of your horse. She has clear passage.
