Love the first pic, stunning look.
March 18, 2012 at 9:54 am
The fur is beautiful, but I’m really digging the camel coat. Love the generous cut – flashback to the early 90s. Well done play on proportion, too, paired with the long skirt.
oh vraiment cool !

lovely detailing btw

I love the second photo, the quiet confidence of her outfit, the beautiful use of volumes and muted hues contrasted with a flash of dark patent. She’s memorable.

I really like those style coats… it really grew on me this year. Almost like a folding origami style. Now if only I can find a light summer style. Lovely photos like always!

Such great classic looks yet they have a modern feel…
March 18, 2012 at 11:55 am
Beautiful photos. Love the shape of the coat in the last photo.
the woman in the second photo reminds me of Carolyn Bessette Kennedy. Just gorgeous!
March 18, 2012 at 11:58 am
Love the coat that the girl in the second photo wears :)
March 18, 2012 at 12:06 pm

Love the second coat. have a confession to make. don’t know where she got it, but, as a frequent visitor of this blog, i once found exactly the same model on net-a-porter site which is/was bannered here… that designer coat cost over thousand pounds…the pictures were taken from every angle and could be zoomed for details… so my dressmaker copied the model and sewed a coat for me ! :) Thanks, Scott, thanks, pret-a-porter :)

To me, the fur coat seems to overwhelm the lady as I saw nothing but the fur then the shoes and finally her face. But she’s carrying a nice functional bag.
I love the second outfit!!! beige and black…j’adore this two colors match!

the first photo is so lovely and the second one is a little bit odd from the first glance :)
March 18, 2012 at 1:05 pm
The first coat is fun and looks super cozy. In the wintertime, I’d never take it off!
Et tu, tutu?

I love a camel coat. It never goes out of style.
March 18, 2012 at 1:21 pm

March 18, 2012 at 1:44 pm

Love the fur-coat in the first pic and the overlapping of different lengths in the second one!
March 18, 2012 at 2:13 pm
Is there a name for the shoulder-pinch thing on the camel coat?
March 18, 2012 at 2:14 pm

March 18, 2012 at 3:19 pm
Since spring is almost here, I don’t think I need to wear such coat anymore! But anyway, that faux fur coat impressed me so much! Very classy and stylish!
March 18, 2012 at 3:22 pm

March 18, 2012 at 4:02 pm
Oh, my God!…I love the fur coat.
March 18, 2012 at 4:09 pm
Her fur just looks so magnificent on the photo, but I love the second one more – you really captured her sense of style.
March 18, 2012 at 4:15 pm
That fur coat looks so nice and soft. I would love something like that for a cold day.
March 18, 2012 at 5:10 pm
I absolutely love both- the fur coat/boots combo is such a classic and chic Winter look. Such gorgeous colours. And I love the play on proportions in the second photo. People don’t consider their rear view as much as the front- this proves it’s just as important.
March 18, 2012 at 5:31 pm
I know this post obviously has a large focus on shape and silhouette but wow; that fur coat is sumptuous!!! I love the belted detail on the cuffs of the jacket beneath and the fact that her bag has a belt around it too! Very Nice…
love that fur
March 18, 2012 at 5:36 pm
The camel coat is a dud. No shape no drape. Rest of the outfit is all heavy volume.

I love the first picture!!! Pretty girl, Pretty fur and Pretty Smile!!
March 18, 2012 at 9:43 pm
Its so chilly today, and these photos make me want to slip on what they’re wearing! I love that fur! I love warming and cosying myself up like that but leaving room for air so I don’t feel clastrophobic. The way she’s dressed is just perfect for me. Also, I need to get an apartment in NYC or something because if I wore fur where I live, I’d be staked to a cross.
March 18, 2012 at 10:08 pm
First pic – now THAT I can see working – the fur coat/bare leg thing. To me the look is sexy when the coat is long and the lower half of the leg is exposed with a boot …. great contrast. Whereas the previous pic you posted a while ago – a shorter coat with almost the entire bare leg exposed – looked strange to me.
Thank you for posting this! (I like the 2nd pic, too.)

The lower picture is great in it´s simplicity. Liking the neat small bun : ).
March 19, 2012 at 2:33 pm
Love love love the shapes of those coats. Boxy, masculine, but the fur of the first one pulls it all together in a feminine way. Beautiful.

Wow.. my wife loves the fur coats!
March 21, 2012 at 7:49 pm
Love the layering of the second photo.
March 25, 2012 at 9:33 am
The second coat is splendid, though it should really be shown in motion, but the whole look seems a bit – dare I say it? – dowdy. There is little contrast, the skirt could be slim pants or the like, the boots sleeker, the bag smaller, or… the whole sort of oversized look could be balanced with a large hat?
March 27, 2012 at 10:35 am
The maxi fur vest…perefect!
August 16, 2012 at 7:13 pm
Who is the girl on top in fur..? she is incredibly stylish..
