February 22, 2012 at 10:53 pm
These pictures are AMAZING! Gucci never fails to produce a good looking collection. I’m sure all the women at the sow were dying to get their hand on some of the garments in the collection. I would too if I were a woman.
Check out my New York Fashion Week pictures!

There’s a reason why gothic/dark romantic style never disappears–it’s just beautiful. I am actively coveting the first coat and whole second look.
February 23, 2012 at 2:25 am
The photos are spectacular …but the last dress even more!!!
February 23, 2012 at 2:33 am
WOW, Frida surprise me again… This collection is so different from the last, but it looks great!
Thank you mister!
February 23, 2012 at 2:49 am
It’s nice to see the clothes photographed so well. The go to style sites for the collections make the clothes look very flat. Your pictures show a real depth and understanding of the subject. The fabric comes alive and really that is what it’s all about.
All fashion shows should be shot like this, like art. I’m sure it doesn’t hurt to have the Gucci backdrop.
February 23, 2012 at 3:09 am
I really like the colors and luxurious materials, but I don’t think this is very wearable, beautiful though

The collection is simply amazing! I am in love with it!
February 23, 2012 at 5:22 am
Who’s looking at the clothes? The lighting in the first photo makes the model look so madonna-like – though a rather contemporary one. And she looks ready to feed baby Jesus at any second!
February 23, 2012 at 5:24 am
Back to the black of Tom Ford days! Been a long time for Gucci. Love the pic of Natasha.
February 23, 2012 at 5:29 am
I didn’t really like Gucci until now. That collection makes me dream.

Scott photographed this so insanely well. Totally Dr Zhivago! Is that how you spell Zhivago? Or is it Zivago? Anyhow dark and moody and very wearable.

Let’s bring sexy BLACK.
Wow! Look at the craftsmanship on these outfits! And sex appeal and glamour!
Love the 5th shot … it’s taking the sexy secretary right over the top. That shot, plus the 9th shot have that “tattoo on chest” look – hot as hell.

February 23, 2012 at 11:40 am
I guarantee we’ll see that dress in the last photo on the red carpet this year…
February 23, 2012 at 12:02 pm
The clothes are beautiful, don’t get me wrong but your photography on these is incredible!
February 23, 2012 at 12:16 pm
That crushed velvet leopard print gown is SO Gucci… 70s glamour, totally effortless. This hue didn’t appear too many other places in the show, did it?
February 23, 2012 at 12:35 pm
Luxurious and beautiful. Love the hair and makeup!
February 23, 2012 at 12:51 pm
color and texture a visual feast, yes, no arguments. But overall I found the images disturbing — 15 year olds got up to look like storm troopers or ‘Aryan’ aristocracy or their ‘companions’? The blank eyes and emaciation that go with runway modeling particularly ominous in this context.
February 23, 2012 at 1:15 pm
love the clothes and also the simple pulled back sexy hair style!
February 23, 2012 at 1:25 pm
I want everything!…Specially the green dress…Love it!
February 23, 2012 at 1:30 pm
Great photos ! for me this is more a couture collection than a normal one, not very wearable but great materials and colors
February 23, 2012 at 1:33 pm
The sheer luxury of clothes like this makes me gasp. Does anyone really wear this luxury anymore? It is beautiful but… I can’t help but like the previous collection better, which was more wearable. The Burberry.
February 23, 2012 at 1:50 pm
the fifth look is really perfect
February 23, 2012 at 2:39 pm
OMG I love all these dresses! Amazing show!
February 23, 2012 at 2:43 pm
Beautiful photography, Scott! Amazing detail in all the darkness. I guess someone has to dress the vampires.
February 23, 2012 at 5:24 pm
love the sheer black gowns…….love the fur and black patient boots……a few could be on men. with long hair….it reminds me of Bertolucci’s Conformist… Halder Ackermann
February 23, 2012 at 5:59 pm
Wow I love the vampiness of this collection.
February 23, 2012 at 6:03 pm

These looks are both powerful and sexy. And many of them feel a little medieval. Don’t the models look like queens from some far-away ancient matriarchal land?
Woe to the knight who stumbles into that land ruled by these women! He will probably be both turned on and be-headed!
February 24, 2012 at 2:48 pm
All of them seem to be custom made for Florence Welch :).
February 25, 2012 at 6:08 am
The designs seems like either u go horse riding or maybe use it for draping windows sofas n tables.
February 25, 2012 at 7:54 am

You heard it here first, Fall 2012 goes to the Italians.
Gucci, Prada, and (my personal favorite) Salvatore Ferragamo are all phenomenal collections.
